Honestly an excellent experience. Worth every penny. Definitely a place to bring someone to bond and just have an incredible relaxing experience!! The horses are so well trained and taken care of. Beautiful mares and stallions as well. Magnolia aka mags the horse was so mellow and just Incredible the whole trail ride.

On a recent trip to Denver, my teenage daughter and I decided to do the sunset tour. The location was within a state park and easy to find. We were a part of a very large group (almost used every horse) so there was some delay in the start time. We had 3 awesome wranglers; Dustin, Naomi and Avi. They did an amazing at keeping the long line of horses in check. They also offered to take pictures which is so awesome and even retrieved a phone that someone dropped. The horses were well behaved, beautiful and obviously well cared for. I had the lovely Miss Lily and my daughter rode Sonic. This was hands down the best horseback riding experience I've ever had. Guess they know how to do it out west 🙂

Amazing trail riding experience! The sunset trail ride was beautiful. We saw a bald eagle fly right over us!! And the sunset was gorgeous. The horses were well trained and I felt safe the whole time. The guide, Dustyn, was helpful, friendly, in tune with the needs of the group, and provided a great custom experience. Would love to do again!

Dustin and Dan were great tour guides! We did the 1.5 hour creek trail ride and it was perfect! The horses all had their own personalities and were so well behaved! Lightning, Honey and Big John were awesome! Sugar and Tangled did so well and were great for kids!! Highly recommend this stable, it was a great experience for the whole family

We did the sunset and dinner ride ? and it was amazing!!
Snowball brought our dinner to the table and then we set off for our ride. Dustin was our wrangler, he’s a great tour guide, he kept checking in with us throughout the whole ride. Our horses Thor and Magnolia were super sweet. Will definitely come back to 12 mile stables!!

Perfectly wonderful experience for my first horse trek ever! Micheal, Jesse, and Dustin were our guides and they were all great. Dustin was super sweet and even offered to take a picture with my phone while I was riding since I couldn’t do it myself. The horses were all nice and gentle and Barley was the best horse of all. He had spirit but he was still obedient even though I know a horse can tell when it has an inexperienced rider! And the scenery was gorgeous as well! I hope to take my kids with me next time I go.
