Maria goes above and beyond for all of her rescues, working day in and day out to rescue these beautiful animals! I can't thank her enough for our Willow! She continues to remain in touch, from the beginning with her top notch care to now.

May of 2023 we lost our 14 year old dog. A few weeks later, my sister (who helps to foster) convinced us to go see the "W litter." Sign after sign, we fell for our beautiful Willow, and knew that even if our minds weren't ready, our hearts were. We rescued Willow& kept her original name- because of Maria's hard work and dedication, we are able to love our Willow Bee! ?

I adopted my girl Giovanna just shy of 3 years ago from Maria & her rescue. She was our first family pet and we received so much information the first day we got her and our folder full with all her necessary documents that our vet was amazed at the level of care she had received. I followed Maria and her adoption events for quite some time before I started to volunteer just a few months ago. So I can honestly say Maria puts her heart & soul into all that she does with these animals. I recommend her with my eyes closed.

In July of 2023, I Lost My Brother. My Daughter came to see me in September. She did not want to leave me alone when she left. She called Maria and asked if she had a large breed dog for her Dad. Maria said she has a Belgian Malinois/Shepherd. I saw pics and we decided to make it happen. Maria drove all the way from Thompson GA to Lexington SC to meet us. I know I saved that dog's life that day ( Rescue). I'm not sure if she knows it, but she probably saved MINE. Here is Liese' ( Lisa )

I cannot say enough good things about this rescue and all the work that Maria puts in day in and day out to give animals a chance. I rescued my first furbaby from 2 hands back in 2016 and have been a “fan” since rescuing my soul dog. They’re thorough with their vetting process, but only because of everything they’ve seen with rescuing animals and trying to make sure that it’s a good fit for both the dog and the family. I actually foster for a rescue that’s more local to me and wish it was more like 2 hands saving 4 paws with how much they care.
