Ive probably reviewed them In the past. However, I must do it again because they are so great, at the pet wellness center.! They took a lot of worry off of my mind on today’s visit and have my baby’s health headed in the right direction. Thank you so much for being there and being as awesome as you are!!

Botched Euthanasia - My husband took our aged small dog in for her final sleep and the vet didn't use the calming shot first and then he missed her vein for the "poison" causing her great pain/discomfort. The vet then whisked her to the back to put in a line. The vet brought her back out to my husband to continue to hold her and re-administer both meds this time. It finally did the trick, but my husband is traumatized by torture she went through in what should have been her final, calming moments. They even had the nerve to charge us for this gravity of an error. We will not be taking our other pets back here ever and recommend that no one else does either.

Dr. Martin is a very knowledgeable and caring vet. He diagnosed our 15 year old cat with diabetes. I had taken our him to our previous vet multiple times for checkups and blood work to figure out why he was sick all the time. Hopefully, with Dr. Martin's help, he will be on the road to recovery.

The best full service veterinary clinic in the area. Got my cat seen immediately with an emergency. Dr Durden was great and really cares about his patients/clients! Also let me come see my boy during his 3 days stay?

At first Dr.Martin seemed liked he cared for our pets that we bring to him but then one day everything changed it didn’t seem that way my father in law dog which is boo boo got sick not really walking that good or anything so I took him to the office to get checked out and they said it would be near 300 for blood work so we said ok so he was wanting to run more test that would end up to 650 something dollars that we didn’t have so I asked Dr.Martin if he could do a payment arrangement with me and his response was no he does credit or cash? which I think that’s all they see is money in there eyes. So I told Dr.Martin my father-in-law is in the hospital and he just lost his wife which will be almost four months ago and we will pay 300 for blood work and other. Dr.Martin said he does straight up payment now and no he can’t work anything out he said if he needed to take off for a month he would be able to he would be just fine he seen how sick boo boo was and he came in the room said that his blood work wasn’t good that boo boo had diabetes’s and other things wrong with him he would keep him overnight but would be more money and we couldn’t boo boo ended up passing away today because it seemed all he seemed to care about was money instead of helping him live but very sad situation. So now I knew where he stood so no I don’t recommend him anymore.

My regular vet, Dr Jones, with Hixson Pet Wellness Center, referred me to one of her colleagues, when I took my senior pup, Bambi, to her, because my pup could not stand up on her front legs. Due to Bambi's blood work being all over the charts, the choice to use medication was not a good choice. Instead, Dr Jones told me about Laser treatment, something I had never heard of. She said Dr Jones has the equipment to do this treatment, and she sent me to him. After the first treatment, I could tell that my girl, Bambi, was trying to get her mobility back. She's had 4 treatments, along with chiropractic treatments, and it's AMAZING at what Bambi is able to do, now. She's up, walking, going up her doggy stairs to HER place on the couch. I have my girl back, and Bambi has her mobility back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Martin and his staff for your pet care needs. And if you've never tried the laser treatment with the chiropractic treatment, for inflammation, in your pet, consider it ! It's AMAZING ❤️

This place is amazing! Dr. Joe Martin is a fantastic veterinarian. Always friendly and has a true passion for animals! Dr. Martin has been my veterinarian of choice for seven years! Oh and they do pictures with santa! Can't forget about the staff! They are always caring and always have beautiful smiles on their faces when you walk in!

Our girl Blizzy had been taken care of by Dr Martin and staff for her entire life. Last week, a month before her 17th birthday she fell down the stairs, the decision was made for us. I called the office and asked if I could bring her in, Dr Martin was out on a house call, but they kept her and gave her pain medicine so she wouldn't suffer, they said Dr Martin would take care of her the next day when he got in. They called Dr Martin to let him know and he came back tot he office so she wouldn't have to suffer any longer than needed. The man cares for the pets as much as he does the people.
