The Lodge is a wonderful place to spend your later years. People caring for people. I love how the staff and residents all look out for each other. They truly are one big family. I know that my mom is well cared for and that is a huge relief.

The patience, care, and genuine concern shown from all the workers has been extraordinary in our experience.
“Shout outs” are hard to do here, because literally EVERYONE has been top notch.
From Melissa, Robbie, Brandi with their nursing skills (ALL absolutely awesome) to Sue who helps in serving meals to Sandy and Shellie who Megan in the office (and beyond) who have been exceedingly helpful, and we could go on and on and on.
A facility can have great food, cleanliness, activities, amenities, but if they don’t have people who genuinely want to be there and who care about the residents, it all falls through the cracks.

It's hard to believe it's been two years since Mom and Dad moved in. While things change, one thing that hasn't is how the staff at the Lodge treat the residents and their families -- top notch! Like most places, staffing can be a challenge sometimes but the entire staff including the administrator willingly pitch in to help each other and maintain good quality care. As my Mom says, "I am quite content and where I need to be."

The Lodge at Manito is a very well maintained facility. The entire staff is friendly and very professional. The residents are well cared for and seemingly get along well together.
As an entertainer that has performed there several times over the past few years, it is an absolute pleasure to perform for the residents and staff.
Their events are also well prepared and fun to attend for residents, staff, and visitors.
The facility is kept neat and tidy, both indoors and outdoors.

What a wonderful place for my parents to transition to. No one likes having to leave their own home but the staff at the Lodge has made it as easy as possible. The staff is genuinely warm and friendly and show that they really do care about the residents. The food is good and the amenities are very nice. My mom and dad both said that they couldn't ask for anything better and they are really settled in. Tia and the staff have bent over backwards to make them as comfortable as possible. This place is a hidden gem and I wholeheartedly recommend The Lodge to anyone who can no longer stay on their own.
