This place is just amazing. The staff is always friendly and just does a great job with activities and making us feel welcome. My daughter loves the activities and so do we. The water park is very nice and clean. We had some friends rent a cabin while we were in the camping area. They had some issues with their cabin that were addressed quickly and professionally. Our family has such a great time here were are planning on going to a seasonal site!!

We booked a 3 night stay in a cabin to enjoy the campground and lake activities with our family. We were met by a note on the door stating that the lake was closed as we were entering to check in. No other notification was sent to me prior to arrival. We were given no options nor comped anything after being told the lake- including the beach, inflatables, kayaks, and paddle boards would all be closed for our entire stay due to acidic water. The blow up pillows that kids can jump on were also broken and not usable. The girls in the General Store said they have been broken for some time. The cabin was HOT upon arrival and didn’t cool down until about 2:00am. There were fleas in the carpeted area in the loft and then 10+ fleas in our pool bag that was on the screened in front porch. We did not have any animals in the cabin with us. I have called and attempted to get some sort of compensation for the terrible disappointment we experienced with the lake closure, as the inflatables with our kids and extended family was the only reason we chose this location, but I have never received a phone call back nor any attempts from the workers while we were there. Book with caution.

I had a fantastic stay at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park, and I’m already planning to make this a yearly family tradition. My friends and family truly enjoyed the exceptional service and the friendly entertainment provided by Sergio. His efforts made our experience even more memorable.

I normally do not write reviews, however Jellystone holds a very special place in my heart.
This was our 4th year at Pinelakes. We always stay Sunday through Friday and try to schedule it around my daughters birthday in the beginning of August.
I book six months out majority of the time as this is our only big vacation.
I was contacted about the lake being closed via text around 24 hours upon check in. We aren't a big fan of the wibit so it didn't deter us. I was worried about pool/splash pad crowding since Pinelakes does day passes.
Checkin: arrived on time, was not greeted when I entered the ranger station. Staff was stand offish, did not go over the map or activities. Our golf cart was also missing and took an hour to be delivered to us.
Cabin first impressions: very clean, great, cozy location. We always bring our own supplies due to my daughters autoimmune disease. The back bedroom and bunks were very hot. I put up fans and curtains to try and cool it down. (It never cooled down enough for comfortable sleeping, so husband and I slept on an air mattress in the living room, the kids in the loft space)
Then came the ants. I fought them all week, staff wasn't very responsive so I went out and bought terro. By Friday they (ants) had infested so much we had to throw away a cooler and lunch bag. Neither had food inside. I spent more time cleaning than I did with my family.
Pros: wifi, semi private fire pit, enclosed porch, shade.
We really enjoyed the wildlife.
Sunday thru Tuesday the pool was so overcrowded kids were fighting, the pool was cloudy and filthy. This was all do to the lake being closed.
The activities for the week were severely lacking compared to past years. Had a few issues with the bear meet and greets.
I talked to staff and management about all of this plus more concerns but I'm not typing them out as I hope they will be fixed next year. The only reason I will give pinelakes one more chance next summer is due to how well manager Lindsey addressed my concerns. She understands the passion and the joy jellystone brings. The General manager made me feel like I was wasting his time and he just had excuses instead of seeing the big picture of what Jellystone morals are.
I know I'm not the only person disappointed this year. Please listen to the customers.
Do better next year please.

I’m giving this 3 stars because my family enjoyed the inflatables, pool with water slides, and making memories fishing with neighboring facilities. We stayed in the safari glamping area and there was still trash from previous renters. I understand that this is a Glamping unit and there was no attempt to clean cobwebs, mice droppings, or dust. Yes, mice droppings and had to be very careful with any food items that we brought. The air conditioning unit advertised was barely functioning. The refrigerator wasn’t running to standard temperature and our items were spoiled. A coffee pot was advertised and not available. These concerns were reported and the refrigerator nor air conditioning unit were fixed. I’d recommend the inflatables/amenities but I’d strongly discourage sleeping in the Glamping area. Strong recommend a cabin and gulf cart. We’ve stayed at other Jellystone facilities and this one was lacking engaging activities from what we’ve experienced at other locations. Again, nice outdoor amenities for small children but otherwise, not impressed.

We had a large group and had multiple cabins. We all had the best time! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Cindy cabins were very nice and had plenty of space! The kids all had a blast and us adults were able to relax! Definitely making this an annual trip!

The weather ended up being nonstop raining while we were here. Not their fault, but we were there mid week and half the campground was empty. Our firepit was flooded and I asked if we could use a firepit at an empty spot - just so we could cook. They said we could move, but we'd need to pay the difference. Of course, this isn't what I asked for, but that was what they offered. It just felt like an attempt to find another way to get money out of me.
I felt this place was over-priced, especially since the water obstacle course is $18/person (it isn't worth it, by the way) and all their services close at 7. If you want to tent camp, they only have 5 tent spots, and while they're all lake side, the ground is pretty much going to always be somewhat saturated, and the tent spots are small and cramped together.
The pool, water slides, and water play area was the only thing we enjoyed during our stay.
