We rented the Blanton house for a baby shower. We were beyond happy with this location. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, and decorated beautifully for the season. Bill was so incredibly kind and such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing from start to finish. Bill was such a great House Manager, very helpful, answered all our questions and made my son's and daughter-in-law's day perfect even when we had to change ceremony spots at the last minute because of rain. Pricing was considerably less than any of the other venues we looked at but still a classy place. This is a hidden gem!

My daughter just had a wedding here. It is a beautiful and unique place. Bill, the manager for the location, did a great job accommodating all of our needs. My daughter had checked out several venues and found this place reasonably priced and flexible in meeting the things that she wanted. She had wanted an outdoor wedding and this place is perfect.

Nightmare! We booked this venue for our daughters wedding. So many changes from deposit to day of wedding. We were told a representative of the venue would be present the day of wedding, but would not be in the way. Not true!! She was within my view every time I turned around. She invited herself into the bridal room and hovered over everything! Present at the actual ceremony, wandered amongst our wedding guest at the reception. Made our guest feel uncomfortable, ease dropped on conversations and add her opinion, our guest would stop talking when she walked by. Absolutely CRASHED the wedding. So bad that we were completely out of there over 2 hrs before our rental lease was up.
