The restroom was clean and for that I was so thankful, however, we did stand outside in line significantly longer than expected as the doors didn't open on time (never do with this fight promotion) and we were so glad to get to warmth it was around 25° outside on the 30th of Nov but once we got inside it was only warm for about an hour of the 8 we spent there. The huge iron shaped heaters hanging from the ceiling were on when we arrived but shut off moments later and the door was of course propped open as well. My kid is a champion amateur fighter in MMA and kickboxing and I will NOT miss a fight but I personally have pins in multiple bones in my arms and this is my first winter since they were placed and let me express how frustrating it is to be in pain the entire time you are at an event you paid to be at bc people have no consideration for the crowd they invited to come and again, we paid to be there.
Seating was less than comfortable as well....I get it, fairgrounds so I expected bleachers but I didn't expect that cold ass temperature inside the building. NOT SATISFIED at all and we've had 11 fights as of now I sure hope we don't end up at this venue or with this promotion again!!! Do better or insist the people renting your building have certain standards it is winter time in Indiana!!!

Wanted to park near Ball State to be able to have our family pets visit my daughter and this was the perfect location especially since we were the only ones staying that weekend! Chose space A which was large, fully concrete and had covered picnic tables under the grandstand. Look forward to staying again in the future

This is a nice place to stay for a few days. There was not anything going on so we almost had the whole place to ourselves. There are a lot of sites that are mostly grass. We were able to stay next to the grandstands where it was paved. Sites are a mix of water and water and electric and there are two dump stations for use for a small fee. It was very quiet there and the only traffic at night was the sheriff’s department periodically driving through to check things. The people there were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Great fair for the whole family. Good food music and grandstand events as well as the 4-H exhibits.

The truck and tractor pulls were disappointing, first the sled broke, took 40 min. To fix, then the TPAguys ran, then took their distance markers and signs down, further delaying the rest of the nights competitions, then the sled was too light they decided after 3 tractors ran, had to add more weight. Don't know when this ended, left at 11pm because some people have to work in the morning. The pulls should have been on Saturday night not Thursday.

A train show was a great break from the out of town work I am doing. EVERYONE I spoke with was friendly and helpful! Of the two halls, one was dedicated to typical sale items and the other was for train layouts. $5 admission for adults, did not notice child fee, but a great place to bring the smalls to see trains running and everything available for the hobby.

5 bucks a person to get in 12 bucks for a tenderloin a sausage was 9 bucks no I did not buy anything.
