Very good school, limited funding (does not decrease the quality of the teachers or ideas there, just limits how far the education can go) and uses a lot of money for the drama department, which is a worthy cause as theater is expensive.

My daughter is in the strings program and she loves it. The teachers for all areas are amazing and engaging. Parents are greatly involved in their school activities. Just after the first 6 months in fourth grade, my daughter says she felt like she Belongs in this school ! We are lucky to be part of SCAPA community.

Rejected me in middle school then met people later who were accepted into SCAPA who don't even excel or is no longer interested in the field they got accepted for. They only accepted the good looking kids I guess. I'm still working in the field they rejected me in. Thanks a lot for the waste of time 15 years ago

Kids there are very supportive of each other and teachers encourage each other’s growth and development through not only the arts areas but also academic strengths on the daily.

Always a Pleasure. I teach CPR in Schools for Mrs. Starks class twice a year. The students are amazing and very respectful. Mrs. Stark does an amazing job keeping the kids engaged. I did a survey with the kids and they LOVE.....their principal! Great Job!

The strings kids here are really unique. I noticed how most of the kids here are female. Everyone is very well- behaved and friendly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for children with artistic talents. Their classes are very varied and engaging. They also have different professors for each class so, even though it starts in 4th grade, it works more like middle school.

Wonderful part of the Fayette Co. school system. My oldest daughter attended hear several years ago and is now a successful attorney. My oldest granddaughter attends hear now and loves going to school everyday.
