I giving them a 3 star because there few people in the building that are nice and respectful. They also help you out. The county clerk office are all somewhat mean because they cant help you out at all which is wrong if you never filled out any paperwork at all and if you filled it out wrong they cant tell you what you did wrong.

Illegaly enters orders that violate the constitution, and civil rights. When confonted and shown the evidence of there mistakes, there response is that its not there problem. When neigboring sheriffs office in Missaukee county tells me to use my 2nd ammendment rights against wexford court house, there reply is thats a threat. Clearly if stating your rights is a threat, then they are ready know what there doing is illegal.

Was given a parking ticket when I came to visit a friend. Parked in front of the house like I always have on the road. Been doing this for 3 years and now I get a parking ticket .....no...wrong answer Cadillac..

Soon as I seen employees wearing tank tops and yoga pants( is there yoga classes here) I should of known this was an unprofessional establishment. Rude uneducated staffing that was trained to rob the people of bond money. If you posted bond don't expect a check mailed. You have to return with the bond receipt and your license to sign a paper whether you're applying it to the case or want a check mailed back. This must be for out of towners whom can't return and the court keeps their money. Don't have any questions because they definitely won't have any answers.
