This theater is awesome! It’s clean, the seats are so comfortable, and the prices are affordable. Such a great experience every time my family goes to the movies here. Also, the Christmas display is so adorable!! ❤️🍿🥤

I really like this theater. My only complaint is the digital assigned seating tends to cluster multiple groups of people together even when there are still plenty of empty rows. With so many people coughing throughout the movie it would be nice if groups of people were staggered a bit more when possible.

~Extremely Unprofessional and Deceptive Service - Avoid at All Costs~

I recently had a terrible experience at the GTI Cambridge Theatre on Sunday, July 29th, which has convinced me never to return. My family and I ordered tickets for the 2:40 pm show, only to find out we were given bad seats and separated from each other. When I called to request a refund or to transfer our seats to the 4:50 pm showing so we could all be together, the manager instructed me to come in person for the refund but to go ahead and order the 4:50 pm seats first.

Upon arriving for the 4:50 pm show, I asked for the refund again, but the manager said she would handle it after the movie since they were busy. She then mistakenly printed the wrong tickets for the 2:40 pm C row instead of our correct F row for the 4:50 pm showing. After finally getting the correct tickets, I thanked her and said I would return after the movie for the refund.

However, after the movie, the manager had left, and I was met with a young, immature staff member who refused to give me the refund. He claimed the manager told him not to process it due to her mistake of not being able to resell the C row tickets. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also downright dishonest. The manager’s refusal to rectify her own error and the staff's aggressive, sour attitude left me feeling conned out of $23.

For anyone considering visiting the GTI Cambridge Theatre, I highly advise against it. The service is appalling, and their handling of mistakes is nothing short of deceitful. Instead, I will be taking my business to the East Bethel Theater, where the staff is professional, organized, and committed to customer satisfaction. GTI Cambridge Theatre needs to learn a lot from them if they hope to retain any loyal customers.

Cheap tickets don't change and go expensive like east bethel, polite staff except for the old guy dont know his name, wish they would get products in from certain movies like special popcorn buckets or drinking cups like the AMC theaters are selling, and if you came to them about unruly customers (mainly kids) I wish they came in and talked to the people to be more respectful or give people their money back I know its not the job of the staff to keep kids in line but there is other people here to watch a movie except for that I love going to a movie theater

Wonderfully clean locally owned theature. Our favorite staff member is Max. He’s always very knowledgeable about the movies and kind to us. The popcorn and pop are always very good and the pretzels with cheese are delicious. We love to support our local businesses and never want this place to shut down we heard the north branch one may shut down which we are sad about. This location has all leather recliners now at this point Definitely recommended theater.

The new movie sonic was good. How ever I will not be going to a movie for a while after I walked in the door and the first thing you have to do now at the movie theaters is pick a seat on the company screen before you walk in to the movie. That took away the comfort of going in and pick your own seat. It's like I was in school again. Plus it made others wait longer to walk in from the cold. It won't be long and movie theaters will lose money from that. One lady was so upset with it when we walked in and sat down and she said this is the last time I'll be coming here and then a family right next to us on the other side up and left in the middle of the movie complaining about all the back room that was free and they couldn't go back because they were so close up front with her kids.. so ya no thanks I'll just stay home and watch a movie on TV from now on if that's what it's coming down to.
