We’ve been bringing our two pups here for over 8 years, and the care has always been great. Our oldest dog is now 16 and in great health, thanks in part to the team here. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and always take great care of our dogs.

Been taking our dog here for years and they were good but now she’s been going in for shots and they are not telling people the truth the fda says don’t give this shot to dogs it’s not safe and they don’t care and continue to give it to her we are taking our dog to a new clinic

I had taken my baby there many times. Told them I was very concerned my cat was head pressing and eating cat litter she kicked outside the box. Something was very wrong. They did blood work and X-ray and physical exam. Said it could just be allergies. I asked at an appointment if it could be something in her brain. They reassured me that she will be fine. Took her back in multiple other times and got the same opinions. One day they were booked when I needed an emergency visit and they gave me 2 other locations to try that could fit my description of needs. I brought her to Plymouth and not even 5 minutes of seeing her they called me and said she has cancer spread throughout her entire body and needs to be put down immediately. I was devastated. I should have gotten a second opinion. I regret ever going to this place. As they were very friendly and welcoming, this should have been caught long ago. I will never recommend this place or ever go back. I wish I could get my money back for the cost of my family’s life. She was the best cat I could ever ask for. She loved everyone and didn’t deserve to suffer for as long as she did.

I've been going to this clinic for several years, my cats were always taken very good care of especially Charlie. Dr Johnson is a very good doctor and did dental surgery on him twice, as well as treating him for all of his other issues over the years. I've spent a few thousand dollars there over time but today I am angry. I have a new kitten (charlie passed last september) and I made her first appointment to have her spayed two weeks ago, the appointment is on monday.(7/22/24) I got a call from them about an hour ago (7/19/24)
and was told that I needed to give them a deposit $50. I asked why and the girl said that they needed deposits for all surgeries. I have never left that building owing any debt. I have always paid in full, we are talking many visits. when you patronize a place for as long as I have, you tend to get a little pissed off when they treat you like a new customer. no care or concern for my objections, no care or concern for my cat, and no care or concern for anything but the payment. I cancelled my appointment. told them to delete me out of their system and let them know that I would like for Dr Johnson to call me so I could voice my concerns, we will see what happens. but I am looking elsewhere for pet care. 4/5 years ago this place was amazing, I remember all the staff changes over the years, right now this place is hurting...

I took my puppy here for all of her puppy shots. They also quicky indentified other illnesses as they came up and got us on a routine that helped get us back in good health. All of the staff was very knowledgeable, patient, and caring! I knew my dog was in good hands. The bills did get a little hefty but that seems to be an issue at most vets in the area.

They're very kind and understanding, I was really starting to like them. The problem came at payment. I made an appointment for behavioral issues and that went great, she was surprisingly calm and they answered all questions I had about her prescription for mood stabilizers, so I made a second appointment for her to be groomed. She is overweight on top of the anxiety/aggression and unable to groom her rear end. They had to put her under and wake her up when it was done of course, and she had her nails trimmed, dematted fur, and looked great when she was picked up. The first appointment cost me just over $100 and that's fine, I got a prescription after all and renewed her rabies vaccine. The second one was a total shock after how reasonable the first appointment was, and cost me over $200. When I asked about payment plans so I could still eat this week, they said they don't do those "kindly and understandingly" handed me a pamphlet for a Care Credit card...I understand that anesthesia and such costs a decent chunk of money..but it would be nice if when you scheduled the appointment and they knew what they would have to do during said appointment (they knew they would be putting her under when they emailed me about times) that they tell you how much it's going to be so you can actually decide when you can eat and pay them.

We brought our Elderly Kitty Boy (14 years old) here to have his teeth cleaned! They were very informative on what I should expect before, during, and after the procedure (they have to be put under anesthesia). I was very worried about putting him under anesthesia, but they were very good about checking his blood beforehand to be sure he was healthy enough! Luckily they didn't have to pull any teeth and everything turned out fine! They even called us the next day to check to see how he was recovering!!
