Always friendly and been taking my dog there since he was 5 months old. He is now 14. Also the dogs marked their territory inside n that was horrible, but she didn't complain. I offered to clean up n she said she got it, very kind.

Staff took very good care of the poor starving kitten that showed up at our place in the country. He got a thorough exam that revealed ear mites and gave us peace of mind that he was other wise, healthy. He got his shots. We had him neutered. And now we have a wonderful addition to our family.

Haven't been here in a while and won't be coming back anytime soon. My dog has bad anxiety and the Crookston vet kept ignoring my concerns saying he "might have" allergies - he doesn't. Or that the symptoms I was telling them about were just "coping mechanisms" yeah coping from anxiety attacks. After a couple times trying with Crookston I eventually went to All Pets who actually take my concerns into account. Now we're working on getting my dog the right medication and my dog is starting to be able to live. I should have never wasted my time with Crookston. And I can't believe that even after showing Crookston vets a video and pictures of my dog sucking on his side they were NOT able to tell me it is due to a repetitive, nonnutritive behavior in dogs called flank sucking and I had to find that out by our behavioralist (who was able to see it in seconds from a video) months later. All of that potential behavioral modification training time wasted

I so appreciate the time the staff takes to work with my animals to make sure they have a positive experience, even when it is a puppy who has trouble staying still! The time they took to take a sample without it on forcing my puppy helps to ensure vet visits aren’t scary.
