We drove up for a competition. The staff was friendly and gave great communication. The gym was clean. The restroom was clean too. We had a great time.

I have been interested in signing both of my daughter's up to try aerial arts and finally had the opportunity to swing by due to my crazy work schedule. I walked in to obtain more information to find a male behind the counter on the phone, I waited for a few minutes. He did not so much as acknowledge me or say I will be right with you. Rather, he was speaking to someone about a car, discussing how many miles were on it, etc. I walked out without waiting for him to end what appeared to be a personal conversation. I found this to be rude and unprofessional. I love to support local and was disappointed with the customer service.

In Response to Owner: I usually let things go after I submit a review but I find it unprofessional in the way that you responded and assuming that I was having a "bad day." Considering you claimed to not have seen me, I find it interesting that you you had time to misinterpret my body language, insinuating that I was annoyed in the 5 minutes that I was standing there. I was no way annoyed when I walked into the facility. I was looking around to see what you had offered. When someone is on the phone, I do not hover over someone out of respect. I have been in management for over 19 years and respect others while conducting business. A simple, "I will be right with you" would have sufficed. You did not make eye contact with me, I did not see you wave or look up from you call and I was ignored. I do not like writing bad reviews but professionalism was lacking. I'll end with that.

We had my son's 10th birthday party here this weekend. The kids had a great time and our hosts(coaches) kept them busy! They played a few games on the mat to start then split into groups to do parkour and silks. We had time for treats, bday song, presents, and free play after the activities. Highly recommend as an excellent and well priced bday experience!

This place is an awesome way to keep the kids, and yourself (they work with adults too), active mentally and physically! Oh and they do parties too!! Yes, please.

This is a much better value than whatever gym/sports you currently have your kids in! Seriously! Especially if they never found "that thing" they really want to be awesome in. They can taste different things here and discover skills they never knew they had!

Update: If you haven't been here yet...What are you waiting for!? Our daughter, who hasn't cared for most sports, has taken to Aerial Silks and is LOVING IT! Son is still loving Parkour! Woohoo! Looking forward to the summer camps too!

My kids love going here. They have been going here since it was Free Flow Academy. They love doing Parkour. They did gymnastics for a couple years but prefer the fast pace and creativity of parkour. They also enjoy doing other classes such as: aerial silks, movie stunts, weapons, and kung Fu. Corey is their favorite parkour instructor but all the instructors have been great. Go and try it out.
