We recently used The Venue for my wife’s birthday celebration. In short, it was amazing! Sarah and her assistant Christina did a masterful job – from planning to the end of the party, they were engaged, supportive, and attentive. They understood our (my wife’s!) wish list, executing on everything from place settings, flowers, decorations, and menu selection with elegance and great taste. The food was outstanding! And, since they have a full kitchen right there (with menu from Hero Ranch Kitchen) it felt like hosting a party in our own private restaurant. Our event was supported by energetic, attentive, and professional staff. From cocktails to end of the night dance party, I couldn’t imagine a more elegant and fun night! Thanks, Sarah!

Sarah and her team at The Venue were amazing and worked closely with us for a flawless event. They provided a one stop shop, helping with flowers, linens, food and drinks. Since they are HRK Catering, you can select food from either HRK or Flowers. ❤️ the no corkage fee!! The entire staff were helpful and energetic and you can tell they wanted our evening to be perfect.

I was in town visiting and we went to The Venue for a one year old bday party. The space is beautiful and the food was incredible. I wish they had a location in Chicago so I could throw my next bday party there.

I highly recommend The Venue in downtown Saratoga as a fantastic event space. Located in the heart of the city, The Venue provides a blank canvas ready to be customized for any occasion. I recently attended two events there and was impressed by Sarah, the venue manager, and her team. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The menu is also top-notch, with delicious and accommodating options for all dietary needs. Sarah and her team truly knocked it out of the park with their hospitality and attention to detail. The Venue is a must-see for any event in the Saratoga area.

As a big fan of Hero Ranch, when I heard they were opening a space for catering, I immediately booked a date - may have been their first, since they were barely formally open. Catering Director Sarah Sotelo knocked herself out. She and staff took care of every detail - amazing balloons, divine cakes, full bar, beautiful chairs, and absolutely fabulous dinner and appetizers. It was almost like Ask, and it will be Given. People who attended were so impressed that two of my invited 40 guests, have already booked events. I give The Venue and Sarah my highest recommendation.

Amazing! Best venue for private events! Couldn't have chosen a better place for a milestone birthday party for my wife. Not only is it is it a fabulous space in a great location but the staff rocks! And the food is from HRK. You can't go wrong by having your next event here.
