Guests cannot stop talking about our wedding, and I must admit I owe most of that to this incredible venue! We can't express enough how lucky we feel to have found this hidden gem. Leading up to my wedding I worked closely with the owners Karen and Lance, and I cannot say enough great things about them! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and help exceeded any expectations I could have ever had. They made everything flow effortlessly from the months prior to the day-of setup. The wedding was seamlessly and smooth. We had so many guests come up to us and tell us how beautiful everything about our wedding was - from the gorgeous views, the facilities, the overall setup and the incredible owners. The value for this venue is exceptional. The pictures do not do it justice, as every one of our guests was blown away by The Barn. I cannot thank The Barn at Wheatland Hills as well as Karen and Lance enough for giving us the wedding of my dreams.

The Barn owners and family were great to work with. The venue is beautiful and they are very accommodating and nice!

The Barn representatives cleaned up a bit earlier than expected during our wedding, and some guests were left wondering what happened to some of their items that they had left on the tables while they were up dancing, but besides this, The Barn and family were phenomenal and we really appreciated everything from them! HIGHLY recommend considering The Barn as the venue for your next big event! Karen and Lance are the best!

We are extremely happy with our experience. What a beautiful place to have a wedding. Karen and her team are the best. The wedding planner Jordan was professional and ensured everything went smooth. Her execution was flawless. Cody was friendly, helpful, always around to lend a hand. Photographer Maleesa is talented. Kyle our MC was great. I would highly recommend The Barn at Wheatland Hills. We will always remember this wonderful place and experience.

A hidden gem tucked away in Wheatland, CA close to Camp Far West Lake. The barn and outdoor area is stunning for a wedding. The sunset view makes for the perfect background photo, or you can choose the gorgeous weeping willow tree, or my favorite, the old blue truck. There was a grooms quarters with a kitchen and full bath. Upstairs had the brides quarters, which featured a living room, two bedrooms and a full bath. If you’re looking for the perfect country wedding, I highly recommend The Barn at Wheatland Hills!

My husband and I had our wedding reception here and absolutely loved working with Karen and Lance throughout the whole process! They have worked hard to create this beautiful space with all of its gorgeous woodworking and it has paid off! There is room for everything you need (caterers, bathroom trailers, etc.), the bar they built is amazing, and the view is spectacular. It was the first and only venue we looked at and are so happy with our choice- thank you Karen and Lance!

I just wrapped up a wedding yesterday at The Barn and working with Karen the owner these past months has been a breath of fresh air. She is engaging, a great communicator and has been very available throughout the planning process. Her and her team ( Yay Cody) are amazing on every level…proficient, polite and fun! I can’t say enough! We changed venues 3 months before the wedding and we are So Beyond Happy we did! This Venue has it all and I highly recommend you consider it for your wedding or next event!
