I have been bringing my dog here every month for years! I love this place, and my dog Ranger is very comfortable here, and I’m always confident he’s in great hands! Sabrina is amazing she does a wonderful job and is always so kind and thoughtful. I completely trust her with my dog. She always has a special treat for my daughter and makes special bandanas for my dog with my daughter in mind! The shampoo she uses lasts for awhile so he smells great even after it’s been over a week. I have tried other places and this one is the best. They're always pretty busy so sometimes it can be hard to reach them on the phone, stopping by is usually a better way to get on the books if you’re needing an appointment sooner. I usually schedule my next appointment when I pick him up. I highly recommend this place great people!

Excellent grooming experience for my puppy. Sabrina really takes her time and knows her stuff! My dog LOVES her and gets very excited when he sees her!

We are very extremely unhappy with the unacceptable treatment of our two Yorkies as well as ourselves after many years of being very good clients.
Sabrina was 38 minutes late for their grooming appointments scheduled eight weeks in advance in order that they would be the first clients and ready in a few hours. Two other clients also were waiting and concerned.
When she finally did get to the her business she asked if I wanted them to be groomed the same and my answer was Yes. Giving her the benefit of the doubt we thought an extra hour was appropriate to pick up them up. However at 3:30 after my husband called she opened the door and shoved the leashes at my husband and verbally was abusive, I won’t share what she said in this review. By far the worst part was they had horrible hack jobs and they were extremely stressed out.
We should have Never in retrospect not gone in sooner, but she was always insistent wait in the car! This is the third time she has been abusive to our pets one time in when she cut a chunk out our puppies ear requiring a vet appointment.
Please consider the welfare of your fur babies before entering
‘A Dog House’ doors! Our poor babies are still traumatized.
