Ive been there before but will never go again. They have a policy buried in their terms and conditions of no refunds for missed shows. Your failure to attend means you have donated the fee for the ticket to their "charity". Don't buy your tickets in advance if you feel you might have change of plans. They were incredibly rude and discourteous when I called to ask for a refund or exchange, and they showed no empathy for the "donation" i made to their "charity". Its claim of being a world class venue is laughable and their movies are just a blu-ray being shown on a large screen.

Watched Amy Grant's fantastic performance on Wednesday to a sold out show!
Saturday watched a fun musical adaptation to the book Miss Nelson Missing!
PLUS I'm looking forward to more shows, maybe even a movie or two, that are coming up!

Went to see Stevie Ray Visited at this outstanding old theater! The acoustics this theater has is one of the best in Washington!! Love coming here. Staff is very friendly, parking easy to get and not overly packed!

Fun eclectic atmosphere with great staff. Great selection of drinks and bartenders that know their drinks and how to make them Good! Not a bad seat in the house, no bs! Great acts from many genres. EZ parking available closeby as are places to eat.

We were very pleased with The Guess Who concert. I think every seat has a good view. We had seats q12&14 which are in the back row and we still felt we got great seats. The crowd was lively and fun.

Cozy old school theater! $5 tickets! A selection of cocktails and beers available both before and during the film. Tables all around the place, and the chairs are pretty comfy considering they are of a dining style.

This is an awesome 🎥 theater!
we will be going back.
They have both food and drinks 🍸 not just soda. if that is your thing.
They have regular theater seating upstairs on the overlook. And table seating downstairs. it's a really nice place to see a movie or perhaps even a performance.

Revived theatre with nautical painted motifs. Excellent sound system and sightline visibility throughout. Wide variety of acts, and very friendly management (when I asked someone who appeared to be staff working the bar during intermission about an upcoming show from Lincoln Centre《it was to be live in person, not satellite connect as I thought》, she volunteered to get me free tickets!! Turns out she was the theater manager!!!!) They're doing a great job attracting solid acts (great music, comedy...), and customers.
