Having recently photographed a wedding at AV Ranch, I can honestly say that it is one of my favorite wedding venues in Orange County. To start, the staff is very professional and accommodating to the couple and vendors.

As for the grounds, it's a photographer's dream. There's so much variety on this property that it almost seems like you're in a totally different location when roaming around the venue.

If you're looking for a beautiful venue to say "I do", I would recommend AV Ranch.

I had the honor of coordinating a wedding at Aliso Viejo Ranch a few weeks ago. Andrew and Jessica were our 2 main points of contact leading up to the wedding day and the big day itself. I can not thank them both enough for their patience and attention to detail they both had towards our sweet couple. Everyone at Aliso Viejo Ranch is so so respectful, kind, and hardworking. Shout out to Mickey for keeping our guests safe during the event. Thank you again Andrew and Jessica, can't wait to be back soon 🙂

The team here is amazing! From the first email to all communication through out the planning, they were on top of it! I will share that as a past Client, beware that the venue itself (due to the city requirements) does require a lot from your vendors, but the team will help walk you through it all (& having an outside coordinator will help!)

I threw an event here to celebrate 10 years of my photography business with over 100 clients coming to celebrate and this was the perfect venue to do so. Not only was the team great with communication, but they already have all the tables and chairs (plus in house linen rental for the tables) which helped with one less vendors. The option of using partial barn and using the patio was perfect for my vision and guests where able to easily move from inside and out. They set up everything of theirs up and then it is a perfect venue for everything else that you want to DIY!

The day of the event went so smooth and so many of the guests were amazed at how beautiful the venue was and some clients (who are current and past wedding couples) teased that they wish they booked this venue as their venue. As a past bride myself, I wish this venue was around 5 years ago, so I could have had my wedding here, too!

Whether you are planning a wedding or any type of event, this venue is IT!! Book the tour and then book them for it! It will be worth it!! 🙂

It was crazy hot and unfortunately the only available space was the reception room with apparently 1 set of bathrooms.
Some of the space was beautiful and was well maintained but there were also some spaces that seemed to be left untouched regardless of there being a planned wedding event.

Would have been really helpful if there was main entrance for coming onto campus after parking so that guests were not wondering around. Also if there was a more private area readily available for photos that would not be a long a walking path.

Greatly appreciate that there was multiple security for the full duration of the event, was disappointed seeing them on their phones several times.

Overall this is a nice wedding venue. Staff are kind and helpful. The reception area/dance hall has great natural lighting. My only complaint is that it would be nice, especially during the summer, if there was a canopy outside. Many of the wedding guests had to sit in the sun.

This venue had it all! The staff was amazing and so so helpful through every step of the process. Little need for decor as this venue speaks for itself. Great options for ceremony and reception and cocktail hour. Phenomenal prices for what you are getting and plenty of parking for all. You can bring in your own vendors which is great but they also have their own to recommend as well. A real DIY situation which is great! So many photo opps and a very rustic/country feel. The venue used to be home to a blacksmith business and therefore there are cool wood structures and old historic machinery on the premise that give it a timely feel. Highly recommend!

You'd never know you're in Aliso Viejo. Beautiful, indoor/ outdoor and Ranch Style location. Great venue for any type of gathering, a lot of parking which is close to venue, clean updated restrooms, no bugs and plenty of space to spread out.
