When you enter this establishment you get a warm welcome! If you are coming in with a sick dog the employees treat your pet as if it were their own fur baby, they are very compassionate and concerned. It is comforting knowing that your pet is going to receive the best care they can offer. The clinic has great prices which is very helpful, especially in these current times. 5 stars for this clinic! Erica and Mandy are both very nice and extremely helpful. Whether it's Grooming, veterinary needs, or pet adoptions All For The Critters is the clinic to go to, hands and paws down. ?

This post is on the behalf of my mother. During my mom’s last visit she was treated poorly (and mentioned there had been issues prior). She is 70 years old and was bringing her cat in for some antibiotics. The antibiotics were supposed to last a week and they lasted 5 days. She went back and told them calmly the medication did not last the full 7 days. The receptionist was seemingly annoyed and insulted after my mom told her that. She became extremely rude and disrespectful to my mom. My mother asked for more but this time she requested to purchase a 14 day supply. When my mom received it she thought it looked like the same as the “7 day” supply from last time, so my mom asked the receptionist if it was enough. This made the receptionist became more aggressive and spoke down to my mom. My mom left to go to Walmart after this stressful situation and decided to go back to ask for them to double check on the amount. Only to then get QUESTIONED by the receptionist on if she went home and gave some to the cat and came back. Which I feel is accusing her of lying. I am unsure why this woman felt that this was all an appropriate way to handle the situation. By being so unpleasant with a human being, but that is NOT how you treat people. My mom is a very calm and kind woman. She lives over 30 mins away from this vets office and it’s inconvenience for her to have to go back and forth because the receptionist has poor communication skills and poor people skills. I’m not sure if the receptionist was having a bad day but it is unacceptable for her to treat a customer that way.

took my dog Canelo for emergency, they took me in not having an appoitment , the Vet is great and all the girls that work there are Great !!! i recommend 100%
