It looks like it makes no difference to the theater if they get a bad review. So I won’t repeat all the issues listed here. I had problems with my tickets and tried to speak to a manager as the staff recommended. He left and went into a door on the other side of the theater. Going to wait until we get another theater in town before going to a local theatre Until then it is worth the 45 min drive to go else where…they don’t care about your business. I guess that is what a local monopoly looks like. They should be ashamed…..or at least embarrassed

Outside of the theatre is rough. Grass, weeds, etc. very unkept and there is little to no lightning in the parking lot. Same prices as a “normal” theatre but quality of food and drinks are not nearly as good and they don’t have reclining seats. Half to 3/4 of the bathroom urinals and toilets were out of order and the floors were not vacuumed. The only reason it gets 2 stars was because the teenagers running the place were very friendly and doing the best they could.

First time since moving to the area went to see a movie. Don’t believe I have ever been treated as rude before. A woman came up got in front of us and the lady waited on her not getting tickets but wanted receipts from previous movies. Then we get waited on , did not even acknowledge we had been cut in on. Told us to purchase tickets we had to pay some premium to get them at that register. Did not bother to tell us we were in the wrong line. The line was not marked it was very confusing. Ask to see a manager she has no clue either.

I guess you can’t ask for much more from a movie theater. The place is generally clean and easy to park at, the variety of snacks and drinks is decent, and you have a little area of claw machines, photo booth and other games in the corner. My husband actually won a little plush Darth Vader from the claw machine when we went!

WARNING!!! This is the absolute WORST theater that I have ever been to, in my entire life. First off, the place is poorly run and absolutely FILTHY. I felt like I might need a round of antibiotics just using the drink machines, which by the way, were disgusting and barely worked. No ice, in any of them. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms, that probably haven't been cleaned in recent memory. They were absolutely disgusting. Stood in line for 30 minutes, AFTER buying tickets and our popcorn, before they ever even let us go back to our seats. Once we were seated, the screen seemed to be broken and pixelated. Couldn't even watch the previews. Was told that it would clear up once the movie started. And it did, but when the movie finally did start, 30 minutes late I might add, IT WAS THE WRONG MOVIE!!! I'd had enough at that point and requested a refund, but was only given a partial one. Worst theater experience EVER!! Please do yourself a favor and, either save your money, or go elsewhere. 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We have always had a great time at this theater. The theater is always clean, the staff is friendly. I’m thankful they are still a strong business within the community.

Our popcorn was grossly over salted. Volume in theater was painfully high. No heat on in winter, cold as hell. Won’t be back!
