Placed an online order for tickets and snacks, to expedite the process. When I arrived the food should of been ready for pick up, there was one long line no way to grab and go like advertised. I get to the counter, I was told they don't have half of what I ordered and I will need to go online to get a refund. I went online and the app wouldn't work, then when I finally was able to use it. I was past the point of returning the items I wasn't informed of this when I asked or I would have done it during the movie, which defeats the purpose of coming to watch a movie in a theater. Didn't have 95% of what they should. Little to no candy, no fountain drinks just lukewarm 16oz bottles for 5.99, no hot dogs, no nachos, popcorn was mediocre and honestly not worth the money for a large. The bathroom was disgusting. Feces on the floor and walls.... The theater seats were sticky, and there was still leftover food in the floor. No real cleaning seems to be being done at this facility. I understand being short staffed or having problems but this is beyond the employees we see at the forefront. This is poor management of the business, the employees, and a lack of respect for the patrons. My family and I will not be coming back. Montgomery isn't even this bad.

Worst Movie Theater Ever.

Went to a Sunday night showing. Spent $50 for the movie, popcorn, drink, and a candy.

The popcorn was old and cold which was very disappointing because that's one of my favorite parts about going to a theater.

There weren't any straws for the soda. I had to go to the ticket counter to get one.

It was very dirty in there. From the minute I walked through the front entrance, it was apparent that it's very neglected.

The armrest on the seat was broken and kept swiveling around.

It was hot in there the whole time.

And lastly, but maybe worst of all, I could hear the audio from the neighboring theaters rooms.

I'll definitely just make the drive somewhere else next time I see a movie.

I've grown up in the area, and the theater has always been a go-to location. The staff is always friendly. The building is always clean. I feel like they are way past due for a renovation. I can't remember them ever renovating in 20 years.
If you're looking to catch a good movie, they always have something playing! I would definitely recommend!

The movie wasn't playing until one of us went to tell them. They played trailers and commercials for an hour, no exaggeration. I actually checked my phone. The movie played fine after it started 70 mins late.

Since I've been in mostly empty theaters before, and the movie played with no prompting and maybe 3 trailers, I would venture to guess they aren't Daily Wire fans. The workers might have been offended by something they probably didn't watch and we're being passive-aggressive about it.

Besides the treatment, the theater is a sad shell of what it used to be 20 years ago. The new "pick your flavor" Coca-Cola machine had no regular sodas, only diet; which I'm allergic to the sweetener in it. They didn't have any regular cartridges to install. This was not mentioned when we paid for it and none of the staff had any alternative suggestions for the customers standing around. I grabbed a slushy instead.

Next time, I'll save my hour and go to Montgomery.

Born to love

We went last weekend and the service was impeccable. However the theater was filthy. Bathrooms smelled like deferred stands with disgusting water damage painting the ceiling but to mention the creepy flickering lights. The chairs were so gross I had to sit on my throw blanket and my shoes stuck to the floors. They didn't turn on the air so it felt like hot breath. It looks like it has seen better days and needs to be renovated. A wonderful staff but atrocious interior. Never again.

First time going here during thanksgiving break, Moana 2 came out so did the movie Wicked, I preordered my tickets which was a great idea, the lines were so long and it seemed like it was very understaffed only about 4 workers were there. My popcorn was burnt, and I don’t get why you still have to wait in lines although you can also pre order concession. Mind you there concession is mad expensive for no reason ?

This theatre is a little older but I don't mind going here. Took my daughter recently along with my wife and spent over $20 per person though. Drink machines should have had more options but weren't stocked. Wife thought the popcorn was a little old. The movie wasn't bad but we heard the occasional roar of bass from an adjacent theatre throughout the movie. Pretty clean overall though.
