This is my favorite theater! The recliner chairs with reserved seats are the best.
Clean, neat well kept facility. The staff are always friendly and outgoing.

The movie Homestead was a 10/10 but the movie theater was just ok. Employees look absolutely miserable with no customer service at all. The chairs were the luxury recliners but they were loud and in need of maintenance and needed to be cleaned cause there was popcorn everywhere. Employees need to step it up and management needs to as well.

This is the only theater I go to in Columbus Georgia. I always get the reclining chair cinema with the big seats that are more comfortable. There are fewer people in that cinema to be exposed to for health reasons. The staff is friendly and the snacks are good but the popcorn would be better if it was hot.

I ordered my tickets and food online so I wouldn’t have to wait we could go straight to our seats I received a text a 1:25 that my order was ready my movie started at 1:35 we pick up a part of our order at the mobile order pick up and our pizza at the counter however I order a hotdog combo and one of the cashiers (Kee) stated they weren’t ready and she would bring them to our movie not only did she NOT bring them I had to come up back to the concession stand to pick them up now this wasn’t a problem bc it is my order my problem is when I got back to the concession stand to pick up my hotdogs Kee came out of the back room looked me in the face while another cashier was fixing my order and just simply said oh shrugged her shoulders and went back in the room she didn’t try to apologize or anything it was as if she didn’t care and that I don’t appreciate at all I spent 21 plus dollars on that combo I would appreciate a little consideration and kindness
