Went here to walk and I'll tell you what, it's a great place to walk! At maybe 20% occupancy, there just were not too many people. I counted around 12 walkers, including myself and then some shoppers. Good walking 🚶‍♂️ workout!
Oh. And I like that stuff in Marshall's.

Excellent staff and service, they were all very polite, friendly, and reasonable. Now of course, I would never ask anything unreasonable of them and give them a bad review for it, that would be absurd. I would never, for example, ask the staff to interrupt everyone's movie experience and search a theater because I forgot my phone in it or something like that. That would just be ridiculous! Good thing no one would ever leave a review about such a thing!

Great place to be but I wanted to share my experience with misplacing my phone at this theater tonight. As soon as I noticed I left it behind, I called the theater and asked the manager to locate the phone with my theater and seat numbers. I was told he could not interrupt the movie that was playing next to find it and that I would have to pick it up tomorrow. I was pretty insulted. I visit the theater a few times a month and spend for 2 each time; no way I was thinking I’d get that response. I went back to retrieve the phone myself just to witness an empty theater with no movie playing. I spoke to the manager on my way out to help him understand human decency and that his lack of concern is unfit for his position. AMC Peru needs to do better in this regard - hiring the proper staff that will go above and beyond for customer service.

Me and my elderly mother went to see Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and we had purchased a Regular size popcorn. My mom had an accident and dropped the popcorn, so being an AMC stubs member I informed the employee at the concession stand of what happened and asked it to be refilled. Stubs members get free popcorn refills on Large size bags. Instead of just doing what I asked he had to lecture me on how he's only supposed to refill the Large bags NOT the Regular bags, which are SMALLER and obviously hold less popcorn not more. That is the dumbest policy I've ever heard of at any theater, ever, because you are receiving less than what was originally paid for not more. He did refill it but only because it was dropped, had it been eaten we would not have received the refill but we wouldn't have asked for one anyway in that case. AMC needs to relax their dumb policies. I was given a tiny cup once when I asked for ice water and when I asked if I could have a bigger cup they said no we aren't allowed to do that. I was baffled! The other irritating thing they won't allow is if you order a large popcorn and want to share but you want your own separate bag to eat out of they won't give you one. All I asked for was an empty bag and was told no. I said why? They said it's against policy. The amount of money spent on concessions should come with a little more flexibility and convenience for the customers.

AMC has always been a go-to theater for my friends and myself for years! I love everything about it! From the self-service drinks, to the delicious popcorn and snacks! I would highly recommend AMC for any fun night out! 5 🌟

Nice update to the theaters! Great seats and the food was nice addition. Overall great experience. Staff was friendly and professional. Liv waited on us and was very helpful and gave a great food suggestion. The pretzel was great!

I take myself on movie dates, the chairs are comfy, I bring a small blanket with, and never any issues. The kids working the counter are polite and efficient.
