The new reclining chairs at this theater are very uncomfortable. Your legs are lifted all the way up but the back is only partially reclined and won't go all the way back. People were constantly shuffling in their chairs and getting up to take breaks. You'd think someone would have tested the chairs before investing millions into a remodel. It's bad enough that I can't ever come back. Not to mention the screens didn't get upgraded with the remodel so some of them are tiny and hard to see.

I haven’t gone to AMC Woodbridge in years and today, I went there watching a matinee show, and oh wow, I was impressed.

The theater staff warmly greeted us and showed us our theater immediately. The concession staff was also efficient and helpful. Once we got into the theater, we realized they did a great job renovating the seats. They are spacious and reclining comfortably. Had no issues with the sound system and the movie played on time and ran well.

We used the restrooms after the movie, and both men and women restrooms were kept clean. Outside area was maintained well with hand sanitizers and cleaning wipes stations. The floor was not sticky to walk on.

I honestly had a wonderful time there and would go back again.

From the outside it looks old-school which is cool that they keep the classic theatre look, once inside you are welcomed by great vibes and the new stylish AMC theater look. Unfortunately I didn't watch a movie here but I want to say the customer service was amazing, I didn't get their names but the front desk receptionist was really great and the manager was really awesome and made my refund experience smooth. I accidentally got the theatre too far away and although they wanted to exchange tickets which I was ok with but my kids didn't want to stay any later so we had to request a refund, well the manager was a sweetheart and did the refund for me. I don't do this all the time or ever for that matter but they were amazing
