Excellent team of Grant & Ben made this zip-lining experience for my family a memorable one! Thank you both! Right from the get go, the hospitality is A+. Very polite, humble and competent young adults all through, right from the sign up desk to boots on ground crew. They are very thorough with all the safety precautions and teach very well. The equipments are well maintained and makes us feel safe. My family did the Level 2 option. We were the only ones who had signed up for this particular day of frigid Cold & Wet weather! So pretty much a very personalized experience and we are very thankful for that. Level 2 also covers level 1 course. For most of Level 1 family members not participating can watch & video the zip-lining action. Once they enter the tree canopy stretch, you can’t see but the crew captured some very good shots
& video and shared with us later. With the dense fog and chill air, my family had a good time cruising through the trees, at one point even making Tarzan sounds!
Check ahead for age & weight restrictions. Definitely check weather and dress accordingly.

It’s a fun way to experience the park from a unique perspective, especially if you enjoy being outdoors and want a mix of excitement and natural beauty.

My wife and I decided to have a mini Staycation from work, and decided to something out of our usual routine and landed here! Had the pleasure of being on basically private tour as no one else made reservations for the first morning slot with us. Our guides were Trinity and Tony! We had chosen Level 2 (you go through Level 1 as well) as we have both Ziplined before but it’s been a while. They showed us everything from the braking techniques, the zip lining positions, and just have fun! Had a great time with the both of them, shared some laughs and was overall a great experience! Will be back for Level 3 sometime! Thanks for a fun morning!

The granddaughter who’s 20 years old had never zip lined before and she did the basic one hour course and really loved it. Seem to be very well organized and in a beautiful location.

Phenomenal zip lining experience! Grant and Ben did an awesome job helping us feel comfortable and confident. Level 2 is the best value, and all parts were explained thoroughly. Those not zip lining can follow on the ground for level 1 and part of level 2. Lastly, our guides took action shots at different parts for us.

We had never been zip lining before and they made our first time such an awesome experience! Very informative and for those in our group that were nervous, they made them feel at ease by showing us all the safety measures in place. Our guides were amazing and we will definitely want to return soon!

What a fun day we had with Lizzie and Grant. We did all of the zip lines and the 3rd tier was well worth it. The last zip line was well worth the whole experience. I have to say it was the best, fastest and most beautiful view I have ever experienced. We have been on a couple of other zip line courses in the Dominican Republic and Ocala. Lizzie and Grant really added to the experience. Still kids at heart playing in the trees and catching salamanders under the rocks. It was really fun to let go and have fun!
