Absolute best animal care! They love each and every cat and dog that walks through that door! They are very clean and very organized so if your fur baby is on any type of medicine, they have it covered 100%!!

I rarely give out 5-star reviews, but this place deserved it. I have taken my dogs to several different boarding kennels and it appears that my dogs have always come out very happy from Animal Inn. The caretakers were great and are more than willing to accommodate to your dogs needs. Sure, the price might be a little high, but you pet deserves all the care and love while they are being boarded. It is well worth it.

I will definitely bring them back here again.

I was very nervous taking my boy to a kennel with him being less than a year old and horror stories I had heard from other people on other kennels. Valerie was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and understanding with all of my questions during my tour of Animal Inn. Staff was also quick to respond to my calls and very sweet. My boy was so at home there and had a fun time. I loved that they post videos on their Facebook page so I can see how my boy was doing. Thank you again Valerie and Animal Inn staff for the great care! Animal Inn will be the only kennel I'd entrust my boy!

My 8 month golden doodle puppy just spent 5 days at this facility and did not have a good experience. I asked for her to be walked twice a day and have 1 playtime each day. After picking her up I was told none of this happened because she was so scared. My dog was growling, trying to bite, and peeing because she was so afraid. She was to have 1 of her favorite chews each day and only ate 1 of the 5 chews I sent. What upsets and concerns me about this facility is that they never once called to notify me that they were not walking or playing with her because of her behavior, instead she sat in a cage for 5 days terrified. Her bed and her fur were covered in urine when I came to get her, which she had been sitting in for 5 days. When talking to the owner she did not see anything wrong with not calling to notify me that my dog was having issues and that they were not able to provide the services I had requested.

Animal Inn is the most amazing place I have ever left our dogs. They are totally attentive to each dog's needs, giving walks and play time to burn off energy. They give equal attention to our senior shi tzu as well as our 2 yr old cockapoo! Can't recommended them any more highly!!

Val and her staff are wonderful and it is clear they care for their guests. We have been taking our dog Frank there for 2 years now and it's our first choice in the Fort Wayne area when we can't take him with us. Never a concern and always a good result!
