Excelente sitio!!

We attended there African Step show. The show was amazing and we loved how beautiful the theater is. Also the seating is very comfortable as well.
That was not the case here. The only issue we had eas the earing tables located on the 3rd floor were not whipped down. All of the tables located side we were on was all dirty.

We visited to see Life of Pi and we were very impressed with the facility. Very nice and clean. We could see well from the balcony and the sound was good. Also, the show was amazing.

Fourteen of my family members - including 7 kids ages 1,2,3,4,5 6, and 8-and seven adults. Thanks to Peggy and Jake, we had great seats and we all had a wonderful time. It was the first play for 6 of the kids and they were mesmerized! Beautiful memories were made.

I attended Step Afrika and the entire visit was a five star rating! (The show was EVERYTHING! Catch it in a city nearby if you can. You won't be disappointed!) The staff was warm welcoming. Usher's were attentive and professional! Each of them greeting you with a smile! Kudos Aronoff for making this experience enjoyable. I will be back!

We went to see the Grinch on a Wednesday evening performance with 6 grandchildren all under the age of 8. It was a challenge just getting 6 rowdy kiddos there with the travelling, parking and all the logistics involved. To our horror...lol, our tickets were actually for the upcoming Saturday performance. The usher was absolutely fabulous in getting us all seats despite the fact it was pretty much a sellout crowd. In fact everyone there from the ushers to the concession workers were super friendly and helpful.
Vance, a customer service representative was so kind and helpful in assuring that the tickets for the Saturday Grinch performance were able to be used by another family.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you The Aronoff Center, the epitome of a first class operation !
