What a unique spot ! This is a great theater ! Very intimate and cozy. You walk into the theater and immediately are at the cashier for tickets. To the left is a hang out chill area with a couch and a couple of tables. The concession is right there as well as the first room , walk past the concession to the left there is a courtyard that leads to the bathroom (right) or the other theater (straight ahead).

You decide which movie you want to watch and off you go. At the concession stand they’re equipped with popcorn , candy , a barista if you want an espresso or coffee , one of their homemade lemonades or tea , and even beer! What a vibe I really enjoyed the theater. Not only was the room super cool and had very cool artwork and stained glass throughout the room , but the chairs were amazingly comfortable. So comfy I wish the legs went up but still was very comfortable even just with leaning back legs on the floor. The popcorn was great , regular butter or with garlic Parmesan is great. But I must say the caramel corn was so delicious it literally was melting as you chewed thru it. And also they had some mean cookies. Overall they’re snacks and drinks are amazing.
The staff and service was amazing. Very nice, so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back !

Very small venue, you have to walk outside in the cold weather to go to the bathrooms and very low ceiling on the hallway to the bathrooms - tall people like me had to be careful not to hit the head with the ceiling. Expensive drinks and not much to choose from.
The only positive is the comfortable lounge chairs.

The classic "BIJOU" Art cinema. Saw the annual "Eugene Film Society 72hr Horror fest" here. They have a good variety of movies that come through, even classics, and nice lounge style seating.

The Art House is such a precious gem with fabulous documentaries and Really fun old movies. Creative iced teas made with real fruit. Beers. Refreshing coffees. Inexpensive candy ands of course freshly popped popcorn. There's a Free membership. However, becoming a paid member is worth keeping this venue lower priced with creative offerings

The Art House is absolutely my favorite place to see a movie. The small theaters and friendly patrons make for a fun and memorable experience.

Just saw Longlegs here, my first time at Art House as an adult, I also saw Temple of Doom here 20 years ago. Comfy chairs in pairs, so some have 2 arm rests between seats, and some have 1. We were in D3 and D4, and there were 2 armrests between us. Sound was excellent for a smaller room, air conditioning was very cool, and most of the pre ads and previews were for local and art stuff, which I appreciated.
