We had such an amazing experience at this event! We did the Candlelight Tribute to Coldplay in Oak Park. It was an hour long, but the quartet played two extra songs! The only issue was people with phones. It was annoying and took away from the experience with peoples flash when taking pics. There was a time when the performances announced that it would be ok to take pi s but not until the end of the show. Maybe they should announce this in this at the beginning of their performance from now on.

Saw the Metropolis String Quartet play a Tribute to Coldplay by candlelight and it was magnificent. Lovely venue and acoustics, the quartet was incredible. Would absolutely do it again.

Amazing performance by the Metropolitan String Quartet. Both professional and entertaining. Acoustics were fantastic allowing the musicians to perform without microphones and amplifiers. Beautifully done!

Wonderful performance! I highly recommend seeing the show. Bring a paper fan though - the place was so warm (despite generators running outside trying to cool the place down) we had sweat dripping down on us while just sitting and not moving! I can’t imagine how hot the dancers and musicians must have been!

The show was amazing. The mood that’s created with the dim lights and candles all over while the quartet of stringed instruments serenade the audience is just wonderful. This is the second time I’ve seen this group and we absolutely love their performance.

The venue The Oak Park Arts Center was really nice. The dancers and musicians were very talented. I went to see a dance show and the dancing did not disappoint.
Unfortunately, the show was 50% dance and 50% musical interludes. I could have done with a lot more dance, maybe more than 1 couple doing the dances.
