Person working was nothing to write home about in terms of hospitality, store was kind of dirty, the prices were outrageous for things they get for free. They also were very inconsistent in pricing items. I would have bought more if the items I had been interested in werent all over $50! At a thrift store that's just unacceptable.

They have really nice stuff and nice people working there, however, my visit was unfortunately cut short due to the fact that they do not have a bathroom available for customers. They said I could go to Circle K or the Mellow Mushroom. I'm sorry but that's just an excellent way of turning customers away. Their prices are also very high. $10 for one glass. I only bought $20 because that's all the time I had before I had to abruptly leave with my husband and nine month old to find a bathroom somewhere else. Was going to buy a piece of furniture for $275. I think I will just do without. Probably not coming back. Family friendly? No.

Very nicely organized. Very pleasant people working there. Items are nicely displayed. There's furniture, men & women clothing, shoes, tools, appliances, nick-nacks, animal items, paintings, comforters, jewelry- something for everyone. The prices on many things are over valued for a thrift, although it's for a good cause, pricing didn't seem all that good. However, they do have a nice selection of books that are reasonably priced.
I could get new stuff on clearance at Ross, TJX or Marshalls that is clean & current. However, you never know what you may find. Check it out.
The parking is limited. Good luck.

I really really really need to thank Mary for all the years that she’s helped with the colonies here off of Oneida. She has worked very hard with a lot of wonderful volunteers that Mary has provided. She’s out right now helping people that cannot get out, some that are not mobile or just can’t drive or ill in some way. She’s out delivering food to help them through the storm. Kitty litter, can cat food,dry food She’s just an absolute angel so thank you so much Mary from the bottom to top the inside of my heart you are the best.
I’m sure there’s hundreds that would agree with how hard she works.

I’ve been in this place a handful of times and it never disappoints!!!!! I had been wanting a desk from there for a long time and I called to see if it was still available, she told me yes and I told her I’d be by the next day to get it. Then she called me back a few minutes later just to tell me that it’s actually in the clearance room now and someone was interested in it earlier that day, since I wasn’t able to make it there, I was able to pay over the phone and pick it up the next day!!! (They hold paid items for 3 days though) but what wonderful customer service they have!!! To take the time to call me back, I was just blown away and it truly made my day!!!! The employees here are so very sweet and I will ALWAYS stop in anytime I’m in the area!!!!!!

Their new location is absolutely amazing! Spacious, bright, cool & located on the island side with a lot more parking! It is a night and day difference from the old location. It is such a joy shopping here!

Wish they carried more children items. They don’t seem very family friendly. Items priced way too high. You can get new items at Ross, bealls, Marshall’s at same price if not cheaper. I’m a local thrifter - have been going for years and this place is just not a great place anymore. And the staff is not friendly. Last time went I left with nothing because of the outrageous prices. Charity or not. You’ve lost a local.

In my opinion, this thrift store was nice and clean. I was surprised to find some quality name brand items that were very reasonably priced. Great assortment of items from furniture to clothes. Very honest people as one customer forget an item, a store employee found them to ensure they retrieved their belongings. Will definitely return.
