Nice people, sizable draft beer selection, great dog Halloween party. Sunday Mimosas, Thursday trivia. Huge outside play space, as well as inside, small dog and dog-free spaces. My large Doodle needs a lot of exercise,room to run and dog buddies. This is the place!

Yay for our community pups, they now have a wonderful LOCAL place to socialize and play, safely! My husband and I took our furbaby to check this place out. Barks and Brews Taphouse did NOT disappoint, actually it was far above what we expected. CLEAN, and the team is phenomenal! Tony, Patrick and Steven are so kind and attentive (keeping the play areas clean and even playing with the dogs!). It was therapy for us humans too, just sitting down, relaxing, having a beer and watching all the dogs play. We laughed at the doggie antics and met some other pet parents. We realized that we needed this relaxation and disconnect from "the real world", not just our pup. We'll be back. Heads up, be prepared to show the vaccine records are up to date. You can sign up on the app (so easy, just go to their website and you'll be prompted), I did it about 20 minutes before we arrived and when we got there we were already in the system and good to go! We appreciate knowing that all the dogs there are vetted. Great job, all the way around, Barks and Brews Team!!!!!!

We stumbled into this place by chance. Couldn’t be more impressed with the concept and staff! From reasonably priced drinks to the “Wooferee” everything was on point. We were looking for another option to run our Frenchie’s battery out, Barks and Brews came thru! We’re huge fans! They even have an area for small dogs. Can’t recommend them enough!

The atmosphere is fantastic! The snack foods, drink selection and dog areas are perfect! From the large dog park in the front, to the small dog area for those dogs who need a quieter place or the inside offering a place to cool off, all are great! I don’t have a dog to bring (well I have dogs but they are too old and stubborn) so I love the non dog side where I can hang out at the bar and enjoy watching all the dogs have fun outside! This place is great!

Nice environment, friendly staff. Mochi loves it. They confirm all dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations and medical, before entry. It's nice to have a safe place close by for my dog to play and socialize. We've been coming almost every night since opening. Entrance is on the left side of the building when you pull in.

New dog bar in town so of course I had to check it out. I went during their grand opening day and got a super amazing deal on a yearly membership. Thank you!!!! I frequent other dog bars at least 3 times a week and I really needed a place open on Mondays and just a change of scenery for the pups. It was spacious and there was a mini pool and some balls for the dogs to play with. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pups (we had 3 with us) had a great time. Plenty of tables for seating. Everyone made new friends. Running a place like this is not easy, I can see that from the other places I go to. I’m grateful that they even opened because we don't have enough dog friendly places to go to in the Tampa Bay Area. To the reviewer who gave a 1 star because they don't allow children, you are an A hole. Seriously, this is a BAR and there are dogs which is already a risk with them getting into it with each other. It’s not meant to be a family friendly place with little kids getting hurt because they pulled some dogs tail or triggered them in some way. I am thrilled that it is 21 and up. It’s so unfair for a local business to get a poor rating because someone doesn't like the rules. Thank you to Barks and Brews for adding a very much needed off leash dog play area for adults to be able to just hang out and enjoy their time off and not leave their dogs at home. My kids are grown now. I had enough time at Chuck E Cheese that I just want to relax with my dogs and talk to other adults that are obsessed with their pups as much as I am.

We loved it! Staff super friendly and attentive. Great with my dog. Tons of safety fences and a nice big open yard for the pups to play.
