The young man working today was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! From offering info on saving $ joining their program to helping my daughter carry the popcorn and helping my youngest down some steps on the way out of the theatre! 10/10 experience! 01/01/25

Management was behind the counter, helped retrieve our tickets from fandango, decently cool, nice recliners, when movie was over Management greeted us and asked how we enjoyed the movie

Really nice theater, so much nicer than regal in Joplin but poor customer service. Fairly clean but our seats could have used a wipe down. Our only real gripe was the manager who was so obviously annoyed with us/his life/his job and pretty rude. When the three of us walked in there was only a mom and daughter being served by an older gentleman. The manager waived us over to his side to help us, no greetings, no smile just an annoyed stare. It was our first time to the theater and we needed a second to look at the snack menu. When we started to order popcorn he cut us off to ask if we had tickets and we said yes and he kind of put his hands up and asked were they on our phones and we said yes and my mom pulled them up to show him and he just pointed to the scanner. Sorry it was our first time there and we didn’t know how the system worked and if you didn’t know, there are other theaters who do things differently. Being kind doesn’t mean you have to overdo it but you definitely shouldn’t huff and roll your eyes at my mom.

Went to sit down and one of seats was covered in oil and grease, y'all don't clean the seats do you bc I can tell. We weren't bothered about sitting elsewhere bc there was only 5 people in there, so I won't take a star.
Hearing the loud booms from the theatre next door really takes away from what we paid to watch.
Also, $12 for nachos?! It's 2025 not the great depression.

Was a nice clean theater. The recliner chairs are really nice for the most part the foot rest tends to be lease comfortable as the movie goes but all in all a nice place.

Haven't been in for years and it was nice and comfortable with reclining chairs and enjoyed it but the movie daughter and I watched was great except for the noises outside of the theater 🎭 honestly think there should have been less to hear and could have used more sound barriers when building was built. Was hearing traffic outside the theater as well as train and sirens that went by. Also heard the movie playing next door especially when music was being played... Other than that enjoyed it so if didn't hear the other noises would have been a high five score. I also noticed that the movie was somewhat blurry in certain spots but I won't mark that against the theater or at least yet....

The bad. - 1 🌟
Staff come and go over the years but this one kid (Bear?) acts like they are miserable. I have tried everytime to be friendly and engaging but they stare at you with zero expression and rarely smile. Also, they will not let you know if you have a reward and will charge you full price unless you ask them directly. Maybe he has been cursed by the magic of the movies 🎬
