Love the seats. Reclining makes it so much more comfortable. Prices are decent for tickets. Great good options with good prices. The bar is a nice touch. Always love how you can pick ur seats at kiosk. Love bingo nights. But the trivia nights need dire help. The young gentleman who works it doesn't seem to actually work it. People are on their phones or he just gives out gifts to the biggest family with children. Even if another team gets it right. My group is thinking of not going anymore cause of how poorly it's run. Plus last time we went another coworker started helping the young man and the guy started yelling at the coworker because he was helping. Maybe I don't understand the whole situation but it was definitely turning into a scene at the time. Go for bingo Not Trivia and I'll always go for movie nights.

Seriously, I love this theater. As if the small theater rooms and comfy recliners weren't enough, you can get you some hot fryer food and a cocktail to take with you to watch your movie. Still family friendy, which I appreciate as a teen mom. I contemplated not reviewing because I don't want it to be jam-packed when we go next, but figured I'd let you all in on my favorite movie spot. 🎬

This is a review on the Company of B&B theatres, not just the airway heights theatre. I have been there once and enjoyed a movie. I ordered a gift card for my sister's family for Christmas on 12/06/2024. When it didn't arrive (which it still hasn't) I asked for my money back. This was all done through their website. I have gotten nothing back but excuses. I have had to start a fraud claim with my bank. I am likely out $100 because of this crap company

There were major problems throughout. Foremost, we ordered street tacos, which the menu says are gluten free/friendly with a corn tortilla. It did not come that way. It came with a flour tortilla. If you mark an item as a special diet you absolutely cannot change it. Unacceptable. To make it worse it took over 40 minutes to get our food order. So if you order 20 minutes before the movie you still won’t have your food on time. The food itself is priced moderately high for what it is and the quality is not good at all. You have to get it yourself as well so what are we paying for? Unsafe food not as stated on the menus to sit in a dirty theater. Not impressed. Won’t be back.

This really is a gem of a theater, well worth visiting. My family has been going for a couple of years now and it beats out the bigger theaters easily for us. The food, the seating, all of it just feels like a much nicer experience.

My first time going to B&B theaters and I loved it. I went to the theater next to the Northern Quest Casino in Spokane. Upon entering the theater I was struck by it having more of an upscale club or bar feel in the lobby. There was dinner seating and a very nice bar in the center. When I walked into the theater to see Top Gun I immediately noticed it was a very small and intimate theater area which initially I was not sure of. However that unsure feeling quickly turned to loving the smaller size. The Seats have tray tables and electric recliners. The sound was very clear and crisp thought during opening credits it was overly loud at times. Overall very happy to have gone and sad there is not one closer to where I live.

I’ve never had an issue with this place before. In fact, it was my son and I’s favorite movie spot. Then we went to see a movie last week and the theatre was HOT. Like, my son was sweating even in shorts and a t-shirt, hot. As the movie went on, the heat increased. I was wearing winter clothes, and I got so overheated that I was nauseous. I had to go outside and stand in the freezing cold rain to avoid throwing up. I talked to the employee and she said “yeah, that theatre is always way too hot. We can’t change it.”
It wasn’t just us either. The guy next to me kept making jokes about wiping the sweat out of his eyes so he could see the movie and his date made a fan out of papers in her purse and used it the whole time.
It was brutal.
I missed at least a third of the movie while I stood outside trying to calm my stomach and my son stood out in the hall several different times trying to cool off. I tried to reach out to the manager by email (because there’s no option to speak to anyone on the phone) and no one even bothered to respond.

None of the seats in the theatres are numbered to correspond to the website. Everytime I get tickets online I show up to find the seats I've reserved are split up or taken. Company offers no refunds, employees don't have any solutions other than sitting elsewhere - if it's not filled up. They really need to actually staff the theatre and correct the seat numbering.
Snacks are also a ridiculous price for the regular low quality stuff they serve.
