After 11 years of Bay Area vets, I was shocked by the cost of my dog's 1st visit. Shocked because it was roughly half of what I was used to paying.

We have had regular and emergency visits with a range of pets from dogs to hamsters to a raccoon-attacked duck to a dying chicken we loved too much to put down ourselves. Amazing care from every level of the team.

They even sent a nice card about the chicken.

I've known Dr. Knighton ever since I was a little kid as I went to school with their kids but my family has always taken all of our animals to either here or to their other place. Everyone who I've ever encountered at both places have always inspired me as I've always wanted to do vet med stuff but due to my health it's hard so I rescue animals in need on my own.
One of my bunnies had smacked her leg running around and flinging her legs and broke her leg right at the knee joint, they took me in despite being fully booked for the day and I ran over with Powder, they quickly examined her and put her in a cast, gave me medicine and helped me though her healing. She was given the prognosis that she would probably walk with a stiff weird leg if she could walk afterwards. Everyone was so kind and always greeted us and Powder with much joy, always being so helpful and knowledgeable.
Now Powder is all healed up fully and though you if you look closely you can see she does have a bit of a limp but her leg is fully functional and actually has mobility. She hops and thumps (of course) and she's as happy as she can be all thanks to everyone here. I could never thank them enough for how much they helped me and my little bun.

During the pandemic, all human contact is done at the car. The staff are friendly, patient and helpful and I'm a first time dog mom with lots of questions! Too new to have a track record, but so far so good.
Update: I've had mostly phone contacts and everyone is friendly and helpful.
