Sarah was wonderful, welcoming, and generous with her time in showing us around the facility. We were visiting to decide whether it would be a good fit for our soon to arrive puppies. Good feelings overall, but the onsite boarding kennel caused us some concern with a strong unclean odor. Perhaps a dog had just done his business, but it reminded me of other kennels I've visited where soapy water on the floors was needed. Check it out for yourself, and see what you think!

We have seven dogs, 3 cats and they have all been treated and loved at bell animal clinic. When we have to travel they also take excellent care of our boarding needs. You just can't expect better care than Bell gives!!!

Having just moved to the area, I had not yet established my pets with a local vet. My dog became sick and Bell County Animal Clinic was able to work us in first thing in the morning to have him assessed. They were able to do a full work-up with labs and help treat my dog within an hour. Dr. Watson and his staff were above and beyond compassionate and cared for my pup. I truly appreciate their kindness in working my dog in and helping him to feel better! Will definitely recommend this clinic to friends and will be returning for all future appointments! Thank you!

Our meet and greet was very nice. Friendly helpful staff. Two things stood out for me that were negative. First, this clinic does not offer the three year vaccines in place of the yearly vaccines due to the cost to the clinic to do them. I do not want to vaccinate my dogs anymore than absolutely necessary. Secondly, the boarding area was very crowded and cramped with very small kenels. The boarding area had an awful smell of being not clean and very noisy. I would not want to kennel my dogs there due to these issues. Check it out for yourself. This is a full service capable clinic that would meet all of your basic pet needs.

Dr Watson and the entire staff are always so nice and caring. Our Roxie was a patient from a puppy until her passing and we couldn't have found better care anywhere. We travel to use there services and feel that it's worth it. Thank you BCAC

DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!!
My husband and I boarded our dog Nova (11 months old) for the first time ever last weekend for our wedding since no one would be in town to watch after her until they got back. She stayed four nights, boarding her on a Thursday and was picked up Monday morning. On drop off, everything seemed fine. She went right with the staff member (she’s a big people person) and didn’t look back. I called them that Monday morning of pickup to pay our bill and to check in on her, and warned them that she would be picked up in the next hour by our family. They told me they thought she was fine when I asked how she did, which I understood was over a weekend when they were closed and it may not have been the person taking care of her. My mother and sister picked her up from the clinic and took her to the car when they realized her fur was matted with feces (my dog is very pad broken and they knew that at the clinic) and her nose was dry and hot. They pulled over at a McDonald’s where she proceeded to act like she was dying of thirst, gulping down water as fast she could get it. My mother had to cut the feces out of her fur because she couldn’t get it out, it had dried and stuck (she’s a short hair dog anyways).
Suffice to say I am VERY disappointed in how my girl was treated on a necessary trip. My dog had been abused as a puppy, and I was on edge about sending her away from us anyways. Knowing what she went through makes me absolutely disgusted at the people taking care of her and angry. Neglect of any kind to any animal is not okay, but you didn’t even attempt to try and clean her up from the poop YOU left on her? I even gave you ample warning that they were coming to get her! That’s cruel and wrong. I’d absolutely tell any one of this horrible experience that my dog suffered at this clinic and tell you to avoid boarding animals there at all cost. I never leave reviews, but this is one I couldn’t get out fast enough. Hopefully my mistake in trusting these people with our fur baby doesn’t become yours.

The staff are so friendly and nice. Not a long waiting time. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. If I see one of the staff out in a grocery store or Walmart they ask me how my Madaline (dog) is doing. That makes me feel good cause they know their patients. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are great.
