The staff, techs and doctor were hands down amazing. Their bedside manner was compassionate, thorough and informative. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. The facility was very clean.

Absolutely amazing staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They always call a few days after appointments to check on your pets and make sure they are doing fine. They are great at answering the millions of questions I ask. I couldn't reccomend a better veterinary clinic.

I am very, very, very disappointed. I saw Doctor Liz Aldridge. I honestly thought I could trust her. She saw my fur babies a few times. My fur baby Liam was about to turn 13. He was on prescription food for renal support. Due to having kidney disease. Then, on July 11th I brought my baby Liam into the vet. He was not moving, he was extremely lethargic, he cried if you moved him, he cried if you touched him and he was not urinating. He was basically unresponsive. The vet knew my Liam had a couple seizures. One was just a couple weeks before this appointment. At the time my precious baby boy Liam had all the symptoms of his kidneys failing and I had no idea. Liz talked to me about a few options. Let me mind you they were all very expensive. She said we should see if he has a uti (urinary tract infection). She knew my Mom was helping me pay for this. My Mom made the mistake of telling her that she only had $350.00. I looked at Liz Aldridge in the eyes and I asked her, what would you do? I said “if your cat looked like this would you honestly test your cat for a uti”? She said she definitely would. So it gave me a glimpse of hope. It involved doing an ultrasound on my baby boy Liam who was already in a ton of pain. Sadly, he didn’t have a uti. The uti test costed $215.00. She then started talking to me about other tests she could do on him. With my Moms support and with my Moms advice. My Mom made me realize that my Liam’s kidneys had failed. My Mom isn’t even a Dr. So at that time I made the very difficult decision to let my precious boy Liam go to Heaven. They tried bringing my precious baby Liam to the back to put the I.V. in him. So they could euthanize him. I said absolutely not. I promised my baby Liam that I wouldn’t leave his side. And he was also in a ton of pain. So I made them do it in the room so my baby Liam knew I was beside him the entire time. I talked to my precious baby Liam until he took his last breath. I wanted to cremate him. But w/the uti test already costing $215.00 and the euthanasia costing over $100.00. Totaling almost $350.00. I couldn’t afford another $150.00 plus dollars to cremate him. So they euthanized him and they made me take him home with me. I don’t own a home, I rent. So sadly I had nowhere to bury my precious baby Liam. I asked a technician how I was going to bring him home with me. The technician said in a bag because he will be leaking fluids after he’s dead. The way she said it was very cold hearted and very blunt. The way she said it will always haunt me. My fur babies are like humans to me. Why do people choose the jobs they do If they don’t like what they do Liz isn’t a doctor. She only cares about her wallet. She made me think she cared about my fur babies. No she did NOT 😡 How do people that call themselves Doctors or Technicians sleep at night after treating others this way I recently found one of the BEST vets. I used to take my fur babies to him years ago. He is a very honest man who is a great Doctor!!!!!! He does not charge $89.00 for an office visit. He only charges $57.00 for an office visit. Why? Because he’s not looking to get rich. He doesn’t take advantage of people. He simply cares about them and the wellbeing of their fur babies. Now, that is a true Doctor!!!!!! That’s what a Doctor should be. Just because you went to college and got a degree. That does not make you a doctor. What makes you a Doctor is having compassion, having a heart, caring for others and most importantly, being honest!!!!!!! If I brought my precious baby boy Liam to him on July 11th. He would of taken one look at my boy and he would of said that his kidneys have failed. Because he’s a true genuine Doctor who cares for others. Our fur babies don’t have voices. We are there voices. They count on us to do what is best for them. I would of been able to cremate my precious baby Liam. I have had many many many bad experiences with vets. I am writing this review to help others. I don’t want any of you or any of your precious fur babies to go through what my fur baby and I went through.

This place felt more like a high pressure sales environment, and they don't have the proper equipment/planning for restraining or sedating big energetic animals. We asked prior for sedation, and after wrestling our dogs through all their shots they said we needed to make an additional appointment for sedation in order to clip their nails. Not only that, but the whole way through they kept pushing for us to buy meds and do additional tests unrelated to our visit. The appointment dragged on way longer than it should have.

Dr. Holly Rudolf was super thorough, knowledgeable, very nice and did an amazing job with my 2 1/2year old black lab being neutered. She has labs as well and saw my dog had some allergies that I was unaware of. I knew my dog had a food allergy and I was doing a good job of monitoring him. Guess I failed to realise he had seasonal allergies like me lol Dr. Holly Rudolf helped give me options based on his condition and how to help him feel better not just as a vet thinking all dogs are the same... Since she has 2 black labs herself with allergies. So I felt like all of her advice and tips were personally suited for my black lab to help give him allergy relief. Thank you again Dr. Holly Rudolf! 10/10 highly recommend especially if you have a Labrador

Dr. Liz and our vet tech, Michelle, are fabulous. They take the time to get to know you and your pup. Our fur princess, Willow, was spoiled. Highly recommend them. We are happy to drive from Eden Prairie for the attention.

My precious Layla girl was very scared today, and started to get aggressive. The vet tech, vet assistant & vet were absolutely wonderful! Props to Dr. Lindbeck (and his assistants)!!! They sat on the floor and really took their time to do an amazing service!!

Pretty pricy, but amazing work! They crawled around on the floor to try to get it done!
