We had such a fun time here! The horses were well taken care of, super cute, and listened pretty well to some beginner riders. The one hour ride was absolutely amazing. A great trail, we got to trot and gallop which was so fun, and there were great waterfalls and water crossings throughout! Did this for my birthday and I’m so glad I did. I will be back!

Edit: we came back mid November 2024 and it was so beautiful with the fall leaves everywhere! Eric was our guide and he was conversational and helpful for our Monday ride. We had Spirit and Dusty, and they were great horses! We were very sad to hear about them being forced to close down by the Bent Tree community. Get your rides in before Dec 31st, and ask the owner to add you to his email list for rides elsewhere!

I remember coming across Bent Tree Stables 3 years ago when I was googling horse back riding places up North. I remember thinking “This looks unreal there is no way it looks like these pictures.”

This is easily the BEST place in the state of Georgia, and if you haven’t gone yet…. I don’t know what you’re waiting for!!! If you love nature and horses this should be at the top of your bucket list.

Whether you’re a first time or repeat rider, you will have the most memorable time. The stable manager, Keeve, is the most caring person I have ever met in the horse business. He will not only pair your horse to your personality and skill level, but he will give you a crash course if you don’t know how to ride and take several pictures (that are later airdropped) so you can truly enjoy your experience without feeling like you have to take your phone out to capture it! You will have chances to trot and canter if you’re comfortable doing so and will have the choice to wear a helmet or not. All of the horses are so sweet and well taken care of.

I have been going here 2-4 times a year for 3 years now. The views still get me every single time. I recommend doing 1 hour in the summer, and 1.5-2 hrs in the fall when it cools down.

We had a lovely time with Keve and Janna today. The horses were well kept, responsive and the crew really cared about our experience. It was a special trip for me, my son and his girlfriend, who were new riders. Thank you to Bent Tree Stables for taking pictures and making beautiful memories.

We had an amazing experience learning horseback riding with Bent Tree Stables. I reserved our spot a few days in advance since we were going from out of town. The service over the phone was very good, I spoke to Keeve Krasner and he was very nice explaining the details. When we got there, Keeve and his staff took care of us and treated us like family. These are really nice people doing what they love. The horses are taken care of very well and the place is very clean. He personally assigned us a horse based on our size and personality and took his time to teach us how to manage the horse before our horseback riding tour. We did an hour ride and we enjoy it so much. My teenage boys were so happy that they were able to do something like this. Would love to go back and do it again!

Absolutely loved Bent Tree Stables. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted, kept informed of what the schedule was and enjoyed our time. The owner showed us around and took time to ensure the safety of our group. At no point did I feel rushed, or in danger. The ride itself was awesome! Beautiful scenery was constantly surrounding us, the tranquility of the Bent Tree community was amazing. I felt like we got a lot of time for the costs. This is something I was ready to go back before I even left! I’d highly recommend Bent Tree Stables to my family, friends and anyone visiting the area. Simply put it was a major highlight of our vacation

Ring rides for the younger guys and trail rides for teenagers and adults, this provides a way to experience Bent-tree like no other. Prices are reasonable and the staff is kind and charming and experienced. For yourself or your guests take advantage of this superior amenity.

Beautiful trail ride! My friends and I had a great experience. Keeve was a wonderful guide and the horses were beautiful and well-trained. They easily accommodated our different levels of experience. The newbies were made to feel comfortable, while there were also opportunities for trotting and loping for those with more experience. Definitely recommend!
