Pictures say it all- big, clean, spacious, rock climbing walls, really large and well spaced out workout room, pool separate, gym separate, but all really large. Helpful and friendly staff .. outside has miles of opportunities for picnics, a skate park, playground, just everything ! A long walking trail. You could go couple miles if you wanted but if you really wanted you could go 50 miles! haha.. What a great addition to the community!

I think this is the best overall rec center in northern Colorado. It’s newer but I really enjoy the fact that they have everything here. There is a park and a skate park outside, along with a bunch of picnic tables that have a nice set of stringed lights above that is a nice touch. The indoor pool has a rock wall, big slide, a nice size hot tub, a kid area and a lazy river. On the inside of the pool it can get a bit muggy so they have garage sized doors that open up to the outside to keep the fresh air flowing through! They have a rock wall next to the basketball courts and gym for the kids as well. I think the upkeep of the facility is great and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this be your go to choice for rec centers in the area! I would say the only down side is that they close the slide at 7 when the pool doesn’t close until 9 and they only have the cliff jumps open for the first half hour of every hour.

We had a great time with the grands! Climbing wall, huge hot tub, little lazy River, water slide, climbing wall and a low and high dive.
Cool area with slide, water bucket drop for kids 6 and under.

The large family changing rooms with a shower are a true plus.
Ample parking.
Very friendly staff.

Neat place to spend the afternoon. Especially cool on rainy days.

So far the experience in general is great. When you come out of the pool will be very good to have the entrance area to the bathrooms with some heating since the area is very cold from the AC coming from the main building. During my last visit I smelled cigarette smoke inside of one of the pool bathrooms and I was with my 3 year old son. I didn't see any signs to prevent people to smoke. The pool is very clean and the staff are very nice and friendly. My son love the pool area.

I want to start by saying we have had nothing but amazing experiences with the swim classes. I have a lot of kids and we have done many months of lessons, and all the instructors and the staff have been phenomenal. My youngest (who is little) has loved his classes and is always excited. Unfortunately he had unexpected surgery and has been unable to participate in weeks’ worth of lessons. The staff was so kind and caring and allowed him to sit in the pool (just slightly) because he was so sad to miss out. Tonight that all went to crap. The (male) pool manager refused to let him do so. I get that it’s technically not code or whatever but he’s been so happy and it hasn’t been a problem. He was very sad when they made him get out. Many tears were shed. I’m in the thick of his recovery so this could be stemming from a lot of emotions and exhaustion, but I just don’t see how it’s harmful to let him sit in the water peacefully. He wasn’t harming anyone. It’s unfortunate to not have compassion for a hurting little guy.

This is one of the nicest recreation centers I’ve ever ever been to … The pool, the gymnasium, the equipment, the staff —everyone is so nice and it is an excellent place. With grounds outside including trails, ballfields skateboard park and more.

This is my sons favorite local skatepark. Me being an ex sponsored skater was very impressed with the set up. Gorgeous skatepark with great lines. My younger son even loves the playground. All in all a great park! A++++

I had such high hopes just look at the facility but it was just disappointment at every turn. I felt they had a lack of machines compared to the other city gyms in Northern Colorado. The open layout with weights, machines, aerobic area, and cardio looks nice but it just makes the area seem so bus, crowded, and loud!

The swim facility is lovely but has the worse open swim hours I have heard of and seems very family unfriendly.

To top it off the hot tub was broken and they did not know when it would be fixed. I am glad I did not have to pay for this experience because it was already not worth the 10 minute drive there.
