It’s a little gem. Love the place the plays are always good. And the actors are prepared very well ,when you enjoy the show you don’t even notice that they are amateurs. I recommend the place for good family entertainment.

Attended the Fall 2024 performance of Memphis. First experience with this venue and troupe. Fantastic all around experience with extremely talented actors/vocalists and well done staging!!
The only downside was that our seats were far-right front row, which I thought would be amazing due to the size of the theatre. Unfortunately, some of the curtain effects and prop (furniture) placement resulted in significant obstructive views for portions of the show. The stage was deep enough that this should have been caught and adjusted for during rehearsals.
Will definitely be returning, but choosing different seats

I saw Frozen in December 2019 with my husband and two daughters, ages 2 and 5. We had so much fun! It’s an intimate theater and very interactive. Highly recommended.

A venue in the heart of Birmingham that is now 100 years old. So much drama, and comedy entertaining people for a century. Community theater personified. A welcoming place to nurture your passion and meet life-long friends.

The play was great, parking good. Of course, it's like most historical places seating is small and tight, I am only 5'6" and my legs did not have a lot of room but I still love going to plays here.

I wasn't sure how "Harold and Maude" was going to come off in a live play...but it was excellent! I wish the director had taken their bows at the end b/c it was very well deserved. Lead characters, well actually all the actors, were superb. I had fun and will go back as much as possible.
