This was the perfect location for our wedding! Deborah and Ed were so kind and accommodating, we could not have asked for anything better! The day went perfect, everyone loved the venue and had a blast! I would highly recommend Black Forest Meadows if you are looking for the most special outdoor venue!

The venue is fantastic, and the alpacas are such a treat for everyone! Deborah and Ed went above and beyond to help with every aspect of the event, before during and after. Could not be more pleased with the day. We felt assured that no matter what might happen, Deborah and Ed would be able to handle it smoothly and they did. Big rainstorm immediately before the ceremony and everything was still ready to go with no issues. If you are looking for a beautiful outdoor setting with outstanding "hosts" look no further than Black Forest Meadows.

Black Forest Meadows was amazing! The beautiful serene setting made for the perfect backdrop for our wedding day! The whole property is immaculate and well taken care of, the barns, the pavilion, the ceremony site, and all the green grass is just perfect! Also, the owners Deborah and Ed, are the sweetest people and so helpful. They care about everything they do and the people they work with! We are so lucky that we found Black Forest Meadows and so glad we chose here to have our wedding! Everything was amazing and perfect! Thank you Deborah and Ed, y’all are the best!

Sometimes in life you are grateful for your experiences, but you don’t know just how fantastic you actually had it until it’s over!

John and I were married at Black Forest Meadows in August of 2022. This may have been the first wedding season Black Forest Meadows was up and running, but you would have never known it! John and I knew this was where we wanted to get married the moment we drove on the property. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease when Deborah shared her previous career in the wedding planning business back home in California. She was able to point us in the direction of our fantastic wedding planner Amy- and a list of recommended vendors. Her husband Ed was always found somewhere maintaining this stunning property! Deborah and Ed were so accommodating through the whole wedding planning process.They invited us to come out to the property whenever for any questions or if I just wanted to look at the site in order to envision how my day would look. Our big day was seamless! We enjoyed the weather, views, alpacas, corn hole, photo booth, and fire pit. We had special guests from Sugar Moon Mobile Bar and Josh and John’s Ice Cream.

John and I achieved our dream intimate, outdoor, and laid back wedding. If we were to do it again, there isn’t a thing we would change. I frequently tell my husband that I want to Marry him again- at Black Forest Meadows!

My wife and I had our dream wedding here. Deborah and Ed went above and beyond to make it a special day. They were available for visits ahead of time with family and vendors. They came to the table with plenty of ideas but were also open to hear what we wanted to do and accommodate all of our requests. The venue itself is gorgeous. Very peaceful and mild temps in the forest but also plenty of open space. It is beautifully landscaped. Great view of Pikes Peak as a backdrop for the ceremony. At night the space if beautifully lit and the pavilion was such a fun dance floor. We had it packed all night. Deborah is a wealth of experience. She worked as a wedding planner in Napa before starting her own venue. She's the real deal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a classic outdoor Colorado wedding!

Deborah was an absolute sweetheart. My first phone call to Black Forest meadows was “hi, I would like to have a wedding here..” and I had no idea what I was doing or saying and she completely helped me with the whole thing. She was very understanding and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable through the entire planning process. She was also very personable, yet professional.

The venue is absolutely stunning. I had a small wedding but I wish more people were there to experience the beauty. There’s no need for much decor because the venue is that stunning! AND there’s alpacas! My family and young ones loved the alpacas. They provide corn hole as well. The great lawn is precisely well kept. The gazebo has beautiful light fixtures and has plenty of room. I received so many compliments on the venue, there aren’t words to say. It is a perfect, quaint, delicate meadow. Perfect place for an outdoor wedding. It was beautiful and I am so glad I had my wedding here.

Black Forest Meadows hosted our wedding and it was truly perfect! They helped us organize with less than two months due to changes in our plans and from our first meeting to the day of the event we could not have felt better about the care and time put into our wedding. This is definitely a recommend from us! We had just under 30 people total and I believe they can accommodate up to 75.

Black Forest Meadows is a piece of heaven, I did not know such a perfect place could exist in the Springs. Grassy areas, surrounded by beautiful trees, views of Pikes Peak, a gorgeous Pavilion and Alpacas! This venue made me want to get married all over again! This place is truly magical, and Ed and Deborah (owners) are the finishing touches of welcoming, serenity and all the beauty Colorado has to offer. If you need a small event venue I 100% recommend Black Forest Meadows.
