My daughter is obsessed with horses, she had an amazing time. She's never been on one before, but Joe (her instructor) had her comfortable and riding Nuli in no time. He taught her to turn left, right, and even to back up. Then he took her on a ride through the stables and around the property. She was vibrating with joy by the end of it. She even got to brush him and learned to pick the dirt from his shoes. We've already booked another lesson and will be setting up more after that. I recommend it to anyone with kids interested in riding.

I’ve been hunting for wedding venues, and of all 15 venues I reached out to, this was the only one that gave me an extremely rude and short response. I called with no answer. I emailed and they took three days to respond. I asked if they had the date I wanted and she simply responded back with, no good luck. I emailed back asking if they had any other dates available and that I was willing to be flexible about the date. Extremely bad customer service, found a way better venue with more to offer and in a better area. If that’s how the customer service is for trying to book, I couldn’t imagine how bad it is actually working with them for organizing an entire wedding.

We go for horseback riding lessons. I've learned so much, as well as my son, and feel very comfortable with the staff. The setting is beautiful, too, right at the base of the Buttes. They teach everything about riding, from the care of the horse to putting away all tack at end of the ride. We drive 30 minutes just to take lessons here, or even just visit the horses

This is a really nice outdoor / barn style wedding venue. The owners are really easy to work with. As a wedding DJ I really like this venue's easy load in and there is no loose dirt. It's all grass, concrete and packed gravel.

I called a few months ago to inquire about a wedding. I had a spreadsheet list of possible things a venue would offer to make my venue hunt easier to decide! The lady that runs the venues was really short and brash. When asking her my questions she was annoyed and replying like I was asking ridiculous questions. Pretty rude really. I immediately was not going to follow through with this venue, however my spouse loved it. I also had a connection with the sutter buttes so I figured we could visit and check it out. I called to make an apt and left a message with the same lady twice. No returned call! We found a different venue that has great customer service 🙂
