We came back here after 10 years. It is amazing how big the gardens are. I also forgot that it's a pretty long drive from Atlanta. So be prepared for entertaining your kids for the hour and a half drive to the gardens from Atlanta. For us, the birds of prey show was the best experience. The staff are really well trained and they provide really good education information for children and everyone else. The birds do fly really close to you when they're flying around during the demonstration. So if you're scared about having a hawk touch your head as it flies between different places this is not for you. Our son loved it. We went to the butterfly exhibit but I think during winter there must have fewer butterflies cuz there were hardly any there. I think we will check back in the summer or spring to see if they have more butterflies at that time.

We love Callaway! Season passes are the way. My husband and I enjoy the gardens as much as our grands all year round! This year was the best so far! Keep it coming, Callaway! We need ya! Great wholesale family fun! Ps, most beautiful field of corn this year, too! ?

This is quite an amazing place to visit. You will need the entire day or two to experience it all. There is so much there to see and do. They have trails to hike, birds of prey exhibit, butterfly exhibit, a beach, restaurant and so much more.

Very peaceful walking the trails. The butterfly house is interesting. There is a birds if prey show I hope they get a larger selection of birds.
There is fishing & golf. There is a beach but at this writing it was closed

Pretty view to spend a relax time and just enjoy the nature , prefect for pictures , a picnic , go fishing or just have a snack in the restaurant or the ice cream truck.
The workers are so nice they always look for help you with whatever you need .
In the area you can also rent bikes (it’s around 25$ per day per adult) do the zip line and the other activities (they had a day pass for 40$ when I went so look for it ) if you stay with them you also receive 10$ off on those activities. I will definitely come back and I totally recommend it .

The raptor show was amazing. Such a thrill to have an owl fly so close you feel the wing tips touch your arm, to have a hawk actually fly millimeters above your head. The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about the care and safety of these birds and the ones in the wild.

Awesome facilities here. Check out all of the exhibits and sometimes there are extra activities and crafts for free. The Birds of Prey show is awesome. You can get up close with nature and the birds. The trainers and instructors are nice and knowledgeable. The exhibt space is excellent as well as the gift shop.
