Sweet small town theater, offering free Christmas Movie!! POPCORN was yummy... wish a group could come together an restore it.... but will go again not to far from Cadiz

Way too loud. Gave us headaches. Smells of mold. Stale popcorn. Couldn’t find anyone who worked there to adjust the volume, when we did they were outside with their headphone in and playing on their phones. Bathrooms are a sticky mess. Would have liked our money back but owner was nowhere to be found. Seats was poking us and sticky and broken. Worth the money to go somewhere else.

Went here while on vacation because the Ant Man and the Wasp came out. Saw the show on opening weekend and this was a really fun experience. Definitely nostalgic with the old theater (though it has been updated to accommodate newer audiences). This is a family-run business and they are very friendly. Popcorn and Pepsi was amazing. Sound was a little different than modern theaters....I am not sure if the sound system needs to be updated or if it is due to the acoustics in the theater. However, it did not ruin my experience and I would attend another movie here again.

Watched a wonderful movie, I Can Only Imagine, but on the way to our seats, my mother fell going up the steps in Cinema 2. There was a step up that was higher than the rest. I heard several people say that she had been the second person to fall on that same step. I strongly suggest highlighting the steps in some way, with white or bright yellow, where there is a step up or down in that portion of the cinema. Seating was very cramped. Very friendly service from the man at the ticket booth, he even helped me carry my drinks to our seating.

Love our small town cinema ♡
Great concessions, plenty of seats, free Saturday morning summer movies.
Owners are fabulous. Capitol Cinemas is definitely our pick. Home town feel.

We were in Cinema 2 to see Jumanji. The seating was a bit cramped with no leg room. I'm 5'5" and my knees were uncomfortably touching the seat in front of me. Everything else was great! Lower prices than other cinemas in Paducah.

I absolutely love this place it still has the old theater feel. Movies are great. The employees are always nice. I'm grateful they are right down the street.

I wanted to love it, but the screen is small and up high. There was noise from some unit, possibly the air conditioner. And it wasn't working so well, air was stuffy and musty. Visited in June.
