I was heartbroken when my twelve year old mixed terrier, Lacey, started to slow down drastically. We found Dr. Whited through the recommendation of my acupuncturist. Lacey began to show improvement after the first couple of visits. I just returned home from a trip to Wisconsin where we hiked two ravines. My friend was in awe and exclaimed how Lacey would not have been able to do that five months ago! "Thank you" doesn't seem like enough for giving me my best friend a new lease on life!

I had to cancel, reschedule, appoiintments twice, both times I gave 24-48hours notice and they charged me 75$ for short notice. Vet will not prescribed a medication, drops, for my dogs eyes that she has been using for over 5 years.

I was unhappy with the rough treatment my dog Andy was receiving at the Vet in the town where I live. It was only a matter of time before I would no longer be able to drag him in there. (he weighs 115 lb) So, I tried Carroll Small Animal Clinic. I had taken other dogs there years ago when I lived near Carroll.
Dr. Whited was exceptionally kind and patient with him. The first 2 appointments were just to get to know him and gain his trust. She spent 30-45 minutes with him both times, with lots of calming talk, petting, and treats. No charge. Even after minor surgery and several return visits, Andy still likes going to CSAC and loves everyone who works there.

We were skeptical at first but the acupuncture and diet plan recommended by Dr. Whited have been a game changer for our highly anxious older cattle dog. I highly recommend thinking outside the box and trying her alternative options for care and wellness! Finley is calmer and just a happier dog, it was a dramatic difference.

MeMe has been getting acupuncture treatments monthly for almost a year. I thought we were going to lose her when I first brought her in to see Dr Whited, but Dr Whited patiently worked with MeMe and got her, and has kept her, feeling the best. I would highly recommend Dr Whited and her staff.

After walking into this clinic for the first time a few weeks ago, I can confidently say that I will remain here long-term for my veterinary care. The staff and Dr. Whited are very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and took the time to get to know my cat on a personal level. They made an individual care plan specific to his needs, versus other facilities that have your animal in and out within 10-15 minutes. They took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and were very patient and understanding. To me, this is very important and is one of my main deciding factors when choosing a clinic. I can truly say that Dr. Whited and the staff saved my cat's life, as they caught his kidney disease early by doing an in-depth examination and blood work. They put him on a special diet and medication and will closely be monitoring his progress so he is hopefully able to spend several more wonderful years with me. This veterinary clinic specializes in preventative medicine and individualized treatment, which is WELL worth it if you truly love your pet as family and want to stay on top of their health status! I owe it to the team at the Carroll Small Animal Clinic for giving me more time with my sweet boy!

Awesome vet. My dog had been seeing Dr. Whiting for acupuncture and Chinese herbs. I can always tell he feels better after his visit. It can be frustrating dealing with your pet's chronic illness and feeling like you have run out of options, so it was very refreshing to find out that someone near us offered these services.
