It's a nice condominium. I know it's been around for a while. But I was visiting with family. I didn't stay at the condominium. The only thing the unit didn't have air conditioning. If you had the ocean side. That is a plus.

The room is very large and spacious. We did not have an ocean front room, but we could walk down to the beach whenever we wanted and lay on the lounge chairs. We also were able to stargaze at night, since there is not a lot of light pollution at this location. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. I just wish that they had air conditioning.

It's a lovely location. The rooms are rented by different leasing agents so checking in can be hard. Poe was very helpful when we couldn't find our welcome email (we never got ours). But office staff has many tasks at the property and they are not always on the office. Or particular room did not have Air conditioner. Just make sure you have a good phone# for your leasing agent if you stay here, otherwise you could spend hours trying to access your room, like we did.

We started in a garden view room, a bit dated but perfectly comfortable. An extra fan helps the room stay cool. Decided to upgrade to an ocean view. Wow!! Worth it! The view, the sounds, amazing! We love the atmosphere of the shops near by. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. We look forward to another stay here!

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Bella posizione. Senza spiaggia di sabbia ma direttamente sul mare, le tartarughe venivano a fare colazione nella pozza che si formava con la bassa marea.
Ľ appartamento forse un po' datato, aveva però tutto il necessario, 4 posti letto(1 camera con letto matrimoniale, 1 divano letto) e cucina attrezzata. Unico neo il bagno cieco.
Soluzione ideale per una famiglia.

The staff was very friendly and other rooms looked very nice. We just got a crappy one. The location was amazing though.

The bathroom is in much need of a repair. The walls where caving in to what looks like rot around the tub. The kitchen was very, very small. You could not open the dishwasher with out hitting the stove and the stove without hitting the dishwasher. Also the Dishwasher was out of order from the time we arrived to the time we left. They forgot about the repair and had to be reminded. When the repair guy came he slapped an out of order sticker on it and left. There was no compensation for a now fully functioning kitchen, and that is the reason to book a condo instead of a hotel during vacation is to have a kitchen.

Well... you get what you pay for. We tried to stay somewhere we could afford with our kids and this is what we got. A room with a great view and that's the only good thing. The beds were very uncomfortable, my bed didn't fit the bed frame so my pillows kept falling in between the headboard and the bed so I ended up not sleeping very well any night in that bed. Pay for a better place to stay, it's worth knowing that you aren't bringing home cockroaches in your luggage...
