I've been using the Cat Clinic for several years. Dr. Ashley & staff are wonderful & treat my babies with loving care. They've held my hand when I had to help my babies across the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Ashley always takes the time to discuss issues & concerns; she understands my emphasis on quality of life & my need to provide the best life possible for my babies. Best of all, she's close to my residence! I can get my babies to her before they start CATerwauling. Yes, she's expensive, but totally worth it. I won't go anywhere else.

Honestly, if I could give Cat Clinic a million stars…. I would. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our precious kitty today, and I can’t say enough for the kind, compassionate, knowledgeable staff that got us through it all. They have been my kitty’s doctor since we moved here to Fernandina, and he recently developed a cancerous tumor that he succumbed to. Through it all, I was given truthful advice and counseling while also being treated with respect and dignity. They understand how much our pets mean to us. This staff has cried right alongside me. Thank you for everything…. For loving my kitty through life and all the way to his last days.

I don't foresee ever taking my cats anywhere else.
Stephanie, at the front desk, is always so patient, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Mersereau is also so very patient, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate how Dr. Mersereau is very upfront with her exam/medical plan for kitty and what the fee will be. She explains each step thoroughly and I learn a lot from her at each visit. She patiently listens to my concerns and gives her educated facts and compassionate opinion.
And not to forget Becky. She is so gentle and kind to my kitten whenever he goes in for a visit.
I am forever grateful for the complimentary nail trim with visits and the fact that this is a calm atmosphere for cats. As expected, my kitties get severe anxiety at a vet where there are excited, barking dogs. They don't need to worry about that at The Cat Clinic.

We love this office. My furry baby, Angus, is a handful. He definitely lets you know when he's had enough but everybody here is extremely courteous and they know how to handle a big bruiser like Angus. From the time you walk in, until the time you walk out, you are treated like you and your furry baby are the only patients there. If you have a cat and you would rather have a group that specializes in only cats, then this is the office to go to.

I love this clinic. I just got off the phone with Stephanie about one of my cats and it dawned on me that I don't think I've ever left a review of this place! They are my current vet for all of my cats and I wouldn't want it any other way. My cats are all seniors, so there have been quite a few stressful experiences that the staff at Cat Clinic has been so diligent and careful towards handling. They tolerate my hysteria and craziness when I think one of my cats is going downhill, and I couldn't be more grateful to have such a generous, thorough, intelligent, caring and loving staff taking care of my babies! I've been using their clinic for over a decade. I used to hate the fact that they were closed on Tuesdays but honestly, I believe that's to prevent Dr. Mersereau from becoming burnt out and for that, I have no qualms. The prices are completely worth it too. She is the most thorough, competent, professional vet I have ever experienced, and her staff is just as amazing. I will always utilize their services and always recommend them to people. Love you, Cat Clinic!! ❣️

My previous car was a patient. It was odd that she was diagnosed with lung cancer and given 6 months to live and 1 week later passed away. Now with a new kitten, she was checked out at 4 months old. 2 months later I noticed tapeworms. I called to get an appointment and was told by Stephanie we would have to wait 2 weeks! When I asked why, she said, too many new people moving into the area. Needless to say we went elsewhere. Horrible service.

This is an amazing place. Dr Mersereau, Becky, Kim, and Stephanie are caring, knowledgable, informed, clear communicators, and very easy to work with. I get the same level of excellent care regardless of the complexity of the problem we are handling. They have shown equal skill in handling my incredibly difficult cat as they do with my super easy kitties. In addition to excellent cat care, the admin side of this business is miles ahead of the other operations in our area. Often, when I call with an animal care question, Stephanie at the front desk is able to fully address my concern and I don't even need to speak with the doctor. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

First visit was great. Dr. Mersereau, Becky, and Stephanie were amazing taking care of my Ivy. They were able to see my kitty the same day, under urgent care. I had peace of mind leaving with my Ivy.
