First off, it’s very hard for me to trust anyone with my little kitties. Walking into Cats in the City we were very warmly greeted, staff was so happy to see us and helpful with all the information we needed. They all made sure kitty was first and foremost safe and comfortable. It is such a wonderful place. I will be bringing all my cats here when they need their grooms. 1000000% recommended. They have a 30 min notification system to give you ample time to come back and pick up your loved one. They also offer shuttle services if you want them to pick up the kitties at an additional fee. The report card at the end of was my favorite as well as a very squeaky clean and happy kitty

For years, my cat has struggled with chronic hotspots due to various allergies. The first time I took her to Cats In The City in August 2024 for a full service groom, including a lion shave. The whole experience was a real turning point for us both! She seemed so relieved after her bath and shave. I was so impressed with how thoughtful and loving the staff are with the cats! They gave me recommendations to manage her allergies and wrote a sweet note about how well she did during her visit.

After going a little over 6 months without any hotspots along with care from her animal dermatologist, I took her back to CITC for a bath and nail trim. Again, they were so kind and thoughtful about meeting her special allergy needs. It's always good to know your pets are in good hands during what can often be a stressful experience. I am so grateful this place even exists!

My Hershey had a spa day at the Beaverton location and he is looking so good and feels extra soft! The groomers fell in love with him (what's not to love? 😉) and they said the grooming makes him look ten years younger (he does! 😁). I think he enjoyed all the attention he got and is kind of mad that he isn't getting the same amount of attention at home now. 😂 For a 16 year old cat he is still making his mark in this world. ❤️😍 The staff at Cats in the City were awesome and seem to really love what they do. I highly recommend them!

Very professional and genuine staff. Daniel, and Tora gave my kitty a thorough spa day and gorgeous bear cut. My kitty Ailee couldn't be happier. I'm so pleased with the results.

My grouchy old kitty is 17 years old and never been groomed without sedation. It was always expensive and scary to put him under. He always came home cut and upset. it was always a terrible experience. We thought it was our only choice. Today we took him to Cats in the City and WOW! He has a beautiful lion cut & his fur is soft and smells wonderful. They massaged & moisturized his little paws and even gave him a bath for the first time in his life! I’m sure it was not easy but they did such a great job! He is so happy! Highly recommend!!

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me recognize that my cat has CH, which explains SO MUCH about her. For 12yrs I had no idea. One vet tried to say she has nerve damage in her back legs, but that's not it. These people know cats! I only take her to get her nails trimmed, because she's old enough now that she gets so upset about it at home that she pees. She has made vets bleed scratching them when they try to trim her nails much like they would for a dog, but the people at Cats in the City treat cats like cats and everyone is much happier! I'm so grateful to have a crew in my neighborhood that doesn't treat cats and dogs the same. Cats need a different approach, and Cats in the City embody that.

They are awesome with Pancake. I went to get her nails trimmed and when I got home Pancake and I were chilling and upon making biscuits I felt a sharp poke. I was able to come in and the double checked for me. We also talked about a grooming day and sounds good

Our long haired cat had big knots on her hips and we needed some professional help dealing with them. The whole process was incredibly easy. They fit us in same week and delivered a really wonderful full service treatment, complete with a detailed after visit summary and recommendations for maintenance. It’s obvious they poured a lot of love and attention into our sweet girl, and I’m very grateful for the excellent service and knowing that they treated our cat like their own. She looks great, I bet she feels better, and I was delighted at how calm she was when we got her back home. We will definitely bring her back for maintenance, and our short haired gremlins for some TLC.
