I definitely appreciate Dr. Torres. I've only had routine visits, shots and teeth floating, but she's always on time and professional. I wanted to give a shout out to their office manager as well, because even though it's a supporting role, she makes everything very pleasant and easy! Way to go the extra mile!

Wanted to put my horse down for a issue that was solved with her hoof being cut too short on the last Ferrier appointment
She is great now and walks wonderful but at the time the dr said put her down she is in pain, which she was but she recovered in a week with bute and love
Than she was angry with me on the phone and said if you don’t put her down I refuse to be her vet !
I couldn’t believe it !!

Dr. Torres is quick and professional but also kind. She came out for a wellness check, annual shots and dental for my Arabian stud. I think the whole process didn't take more than a half an hour. I was surprised at how affordable it all was. This is the second time she's been to my property and I'm very happy to have her as my vet.

Great company. SUPER responsive at a stupid early hour on Sunday... I needed my horse moved with almost no notice and she was able to accomodate. She was professional, handled my half draft so well, and I will definitely be calling again! Thanks so much!

I have been working with Dr. Torres for a year and a half and I cant tell you enough how amazing she is. She listens to all of my concerns and never ever judges me for it and helps me get through everything in such a calm and comforting way. She is beyond amazing when it comes to working with my horses especially my diva that I have. I am so so happy that I found her and my horses are very happy to. 🙂 thank you Dr. Torres for everything you do for us!!

Had an emergency this morning with one of my geldings. He had severely fractured his hind leg. My vet was out so I call both vets that were covering for him. Never got a call back from one of them and the other couldn't make it out to me til late this afternoon. I called 4 more vets and either did not receive a call back or they couldn't make it out til late. I found Dr Batchelor on Google and called him. He rearranged his schedule in order to get to me within 45 minutes. What a blessing he was! Very kind, caring and pleasant! He understood my urgency to get my gelding taken care of quickly to end his pain. I am so blessed to have found this man when I really needed him. Will definitely, definitely call upon him again.

My horse had a bad case of colic, they were quick to come out on an emergency call. My horse did have to go to Ocala, because he was so bad off, but we had a good outcome. They called me and checked on my horse during and after his treatment.
They’re the best!
