Awesome experience to go to this very unique theater in downtown Montpelier. The theater has roots all the way back to 1923, and you can see themes of that in the decor and layout of the theater. It's definitely got that home town feel. There is normally only one film showing at a time, with a couple of showings during the week. They need at least four people attending to be able to show the film, so bring friends. To find out what is showing you can drive by or call them. Cost was reasonable and we had a great time.

I have been coming to Montpelier every couple years for the past 20 to 30 years, I have always wanted to go here. Finally, this trip I was able to visit and it was such a good time. Ticket prices are exceptionally cheap and it's nice to sit in a piece of history. You can tell that the people who remodeled it used great care an effort, it was a great time.

This is a fun local theater. I love the historic feel of it. The concessions were great and the service was good. If you expect a brand new state of the art theater, you will be disappointed. If you expect a historic theater in a small town, then this will deliver. We are in town once a year and I bet we will return.

A blast from the past!! I hope this theater never changes. Everything was perfect from the chairs, the popcorn, and tickets booths outside.. Truly one of my favorites! If I could give you more stars I would. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you!!

Clean, Comfy, Cozy.

I'll be honest. I wasn't sure what to expect from a theater in such a beloved, but nonetheless small and remote town as Montpellier. What I found was a pristine place with new high back chairs. The screen was suitably large for the number of chairs. The concessions were reasonably priced for a theater and served promptly. It's a nice little theater and we had a good time.

My family and I were once staying in Bear Lake and decided to go for a drive. On our way we decided to look up what there was to do in this part of Idaho. It was a small town so there wasn't much open, but this theater happened to be open late and was showing a movie we all wanted to see. The theater was clean, the snacks were good, the staff were polite and the movie was fun!

Great admissions prices and the snacks and beverages were about a third of what is charged elsewhere. We were very impressed with the service and the facilities.
