This place is very nice. It’s at a great location and it’s very spacious and it has a great kitchen. With that said, the place is a sauna. They keep it at 75 degrees. I asked to see if they could lower it and they gave me a hard time. The day of the event, they put a cover over the thermostat so you can’t see what it’s set at. Needless to say it was extremely hot. They need to understand that 75 is not adequate for it to be comfortable when you have 100 people there and they start dancing. So be prepared to be very hot!!!!!

I am a member of the cl7b. We have a boat dock and rent the facility for events. Today we had a fabulous Mothers Day Breakfast.

I just hosted my daughter's baby shower this past weekend, and I can't say enough good things about this venue. We comfortably had 75 guests. They keep it very clean, and the location is very convenient. I highly recommend considering it for your next event.

We had our Leo induction our installation of offices and our end of the year party there today I'm so glad I'm a member of Charlotte Park this was the most amazing place to rent and I think anybody who has the opportunity or needs a really clean nice place to rent as long as they're going to clean it afterwards and take care of it like it's their own then this is the place to go to lots of parking overall great experience

This is a nice venue where members hold meetings, play games like Marjon (sp?). They also have events honoring veterans, etc.

Nice affordable, clean, and wholesome venue. We've attended, weddings, showers, and social events very enjoyable experience. Recently renovated and highly recommend for functions.
